【摘要】：為了有效管理和監(jiān)測電力變壓器的健康狀態(tài),在對變壓器油中溶解氣體數(shù)據(jù)進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一種基于客觀熵權(quán)的電力變壓器故障信息模式識別及診斷模型。首先,在定義包含電力變壓器故障模式全局信息的矩陣范式基礎(chǔ)上,引入信息熵權(quán)理論構(gòu)建故障特征信息的客觀熵權(quán)精確量化模型;然后,基于距離和投影原則構(gòu)建了故障模式判別準(zhǔn)則函數(shù),并通過準(zhǔn)則函數(shù)對模式進行排序,運用綜合排序結(jié)果進行故障測試模式分類,得到用于判斷故障類型的基準(zhǔn)類心向量;最后,運用基于類心歐氏距離的方式判別故障測試樣本所屬的類別,實現(xiàn)變壓器故障的客觀熵權(quán)識別及診斷。利用從某電力公司采集到的120組電力變壓器油中溶解氣體樣本進行實例驗證,結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法能克服傳統(tǒng)的三比值故障診斷方法存在無編碼以及邊界編碼模糊致誤判的問題。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively manage and monitor the health status of power transformer, a fault information pattern recognition and diagnosis model of power transformer based on objective entropy weight is established based on the analysis of dissolved gas data in transformer oil. Firstly, on the basis of defining the matrix normal form that contains the global information of power transformer fault mode, the information entropy weight theory is introduced to construct the objective entropy weight accurate quantization model of fault characteristic information. Based on the distance and projection principle, the fault pattern discriminant criterion function is constructed, and the pattern is sorted by the criterion function, and the classification of the fault test mode is carried out by using the comprehensive sorting result, and the benchmark class heart vector is obtained to judge the fault type. Finally, based on the Euclidean distance, the classification of fault test samples is determined, and the objective entropy weight identification and diagnosis of transformer faults are realized. An example of 120 sets of dissolved gas samples from power transformer oil collected from a power company shows that, The proposed method can overcome the problems of no coding and boundary coding fuzzy error in the traditional three ratio fault diagnosis method.
