【摘要】：EPC總承包模式具有一定的特點,一般來講,應用EPC模式進行項目管理的項目大都具有周期長、投資大、應用技術(shù)比較復雜,因而在項目實施中可能存在的不確定因素也就是風險性就比較大。這樣就可能在項目的實施進度、工程質(zhì)量、成本投入和安全生產(chǎn)等控制工作中造成一定的困難和比較大的風險以及危害。正因為有如上問題,因而基于項目管理的立場,對于管理控制工作中的各個方面和問題仔細探討,深入研究分析EPC總承包模式的基本理論和實際應用風險管理的方式、方法有很大的必要性,通過研究可能為EPC總承包模式,這一項目管理的新方法、新模式提供更多的理論和實踐支持,同時也為光伏發(fā)電項目建設(shè)的風險管理與控制探索出一些新的方法。在本論文中以大唐青海10MW地面并網(wǎng)光伏項目實施過程風險管理為研究對象,分析光伏項目應用EPC總承包模式管理所出現(xiàn)的問題,研究解決光伏項目EPC總承包模式背景下的風險管理內(nèi)容及應用。要解決的問題主要有二個方面:第一,通過EPC總包模式的實踐應用過程風險研究,形成一套科學的光伏電站項目管理方法。第二,響應國家光伏“領(lǐng)跑者”計劃要求,提升項目全過程建設(shè)管理水平。在本研究中,第一章為緒論部分,主要介紹研究的背景、意義;研究的方法、內(nèi)容以及關(guān)于EPC在光伏項目中的理論和實踐應用綜述。在論文的第二章中,介紹了項目的基本情況以及本項目EPC管理面臨的風險問題;第三章中,主要論述了本項目EPC總承包的實施各階段的風險識別與分析的內(nèi)容;第四章中,在前述內(nèi)容基礎(chǔ)上論述了項目EPC風險管理的具體實施方法,并在論文結(jié)尾階段進行了對于在本項目中EPC管理實踐的總結(jié)。通過本研究能夠?qū)π履茉唇ㄔO(shè)項目的管理控制工作起到一定的幫助和改進作用。
[Abstract]:The general contracting mode of EPC has some characteristics. Generally speaking, most of the projects that use EPC mode to manage projects have long period, large investment, and complex application technology. Therefore, the uncertainty that may exist in the implementation of the project is more risky. In this way, it may cause some difficulties and great risks and harms in the control work of project implementation schedule, project quality, cost input and safety production. Because of the above problems, based on the position of project management, this paper discusses all aspects and problems of management control work, and deeply studies and analyzes the basic theory of EPC general contracting mode and the way of applying risk management in practice. The method has great necessity, through the research may provide more theoretical and practical support for the EPC general contracting mode, this new project management method, the new model, At the same time, some new methods for risk management and control of photovoltaic power generation project are explored. In this paper, taking the risk management of the implementation process of 10MW ground grid-connected photovoltaic project in Datang Qinghai as the research object, the problems in the application of EPC general contracting mode management in photovoltaic project are analyzed. Research and solve the content and application of risk management under the background of EPC general contracting mode of photovoltaic project. The main problems to be solved are as follows: first, a set of scientific project management methods for photovoltaic power plants is formed through the risk study of the practical application of EPC package mode. Second, in response to the national photovoltaic "leader" program, improve the project management level of the whole process. In this study, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, significance, research methods, content and the theoretical and practical application of EPC in photovoltaic projects. In the second chapter, the paper introduces the basic situation of the project and the risk problems faced by the EPC management of the project; in the third chapter, it mainly discusses the content of the risk identification and analysis in each stage of the implementation of the EPC general contract of the project; the fourth chapter, On the basis of the above contents, this paper discusses the concrete implementation methods of EPC risk management, and summarizes the practice of EPC management in this project at the end of the paper. This study can help and improve the management and control of new energy construction projects.
