圓臺(tái)形空冷單元供風(fēng)方式優(yōu)化數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:鑒于圓臺(tái)形空冷單元換熱中存在的諸多問題,保證空冷凝汽器單元的安全長久運(yùn)行,通過在冷卻壁面下部添加引風(fēng)環(huán),風(fēng)機(jī)從側(cè)面進(jìn)風(fēng)來改善圓臺(tái)型空冷單元的換熱效果。首先利用Fluent軟件對(duì)出風(fēng)口狹縫寬度以及傾斜角度對(duì)空冷單元換熱特性的影響進(jìn)行模擬分析,確定較優(yōu)寬度與傾角,得出針對(duì)單個(gè)空冷單元較優(yōu)的側(cè)面供風(fēng)結(jié)構(gòu);其次將空冷島分散供風(fēng)改為集中供風(fēng),將新型供風(fēng)方式下空冷單元換熱特性及經(jīng)濟(jì)性與原有供風(fēng)方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到換熱性能較好、經(jīng)濟(jì)性較好的供風(fēng)方式。
[Abstract]:In view of the many problems existing in the heat transfer of the round air cooling unit, it ensures the safe and long running of the air cooled condenser unit. By adding an air guide ring in the lower part of the cooling wall, the fan can feed in the air from the side to improve the heat transfer effect of the round platform air cooling unit. Firstly, the effects of slit width and inclined angle on heat transfer characteristics of air cooling unit are simulated and analyzed by Fluent software, and the optimum width and inclination are determined, and the better side air supply structure for a single air cooling unit is obtained. Secondly, the scattered air supply of air-cooled island is changed into centralized air supply, and the heat transfer characteristics and economy of air-cooled unit under the new air supply mode are compared with the original air supply mode, and the air supply mode with better heat transfer performance and better economy is obtained.
