【摘要】：針對礦用隔爆電機(jī)體積小、功率大、發(fā)熱嚴(yán)重等應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),合理地設(shè)計(jì)水冷結(jié)構(gòu)可以有效地平衡電機(jī)發(fā)熱量,保證電機(jī)的安全運(yùn)行�；诹黧w力學(xué)及電機(jī)傳熱學(xué)理論開發(fā)編制了水冷電機(jī)水路結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與溫升計(jì)算程序。以YBSD礦用隔爆型三相電動機(jī)為研究對象,對其機(jī)殼水路進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與熱力計(jì)算,并進(jìn)一步計(jì)算了電機(jī)的溫升情況。通過將程序計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)際電機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性和計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性,為礦用隔爆型水冷電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)提供了技術(shù)手段。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of small volume, large power, and serious heating, the rational design of water cooling structure can effectively balance the heat of the motor and ensure the safe operation of the motor. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the theory of motor transmission, the water circuit structure design and temperature rise calculation program of the water cooled motor have been developed. The YBSD mine flameproof type is three. The phase motor is the research object, the structure design and thermal calculation are carried out on the waterway of its shell, and the temperature rise of the motor is calculated. The feasibility of the method and the accuracy of the calculation are verified by comparing the results of the program calculation with the actual motor data. The technology provides the technology for the design of the mine flameproof water cooled motor. Means.
