【摘要】:國(guó)家“十三五”規(guī)劃將推進(jìn)智能電網(wǎng)應(yīng)用納入重點(diǎn)工程,智能電表是智能電網(wǎng)的重要終端設(shè)備之一,具備電參計(jì)量、數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、故障檢測(cè)、故障報(bào)警和遠(yuǎn)程通信等功能,是生產(chǎn)生活中不可或缺的電能計(jì)量和電網(wǎng)安全檢測(cè)設(shè)備。當(dāng)前智能電表的聯(lián)網(wǎng)能力和遠(yuǎn)程控制方式正在發(fā)展,將現(xiàn)在蓬勃發(fā)展的工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)推廣到智能電表中,具有重要意義。本文基于傳統(tǒng)智能電表的基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用過(guò)程,針對(duì)多控制功能電表的以太網(wǎng)通信和短信控制功能做深入研究,主要內(nèi)容包括:1、首先確定了電表的硬件綜控單元——STM32平臺(tái),采用“雙CPU”解決方案,配合其它硬件模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)電參計(jì)量、總線通訊和遠(yuǎn)程控制等功能,電表與其它工業(yè)設(shè)備可無(wú)縫通信和并完成控制任務(wù),同時(shí),電表可方便融入智能電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)。2、分析基于μC/OS-II、LwIP和FreeModbus三大協(xié)議棧的軟件體系,從電表軟件系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、Modbus通信、短信控制和電參計(jì)量等各子模塊深入研究,詳細(xì)討論協(xié)議棧間的協(xié)調(diào)通信過(guò)程和計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換、封裝和入隊(duì)列過(guò)程。3、基于完成的電表,討論其在樓宇系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,重點(diǎn)分析主從站通訊過(guò)程與短信功能的變量對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,從電力監(jiān)控、短信控制、短信報(bào)警和PID控制用于樓宇空調(diào)控制方面完成實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。4、基于完成的電表,討論其在工業(yè)泵房系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,重點(diǎn)分析泵房各設(shè)備間的組網(wǎng)方式和控制數(shù)據(jù)流的傳輸過(guò)程,從短信控制、短信報(bào)警、設(shè)備組網(wǎng)和模糊控制用于水泵機(jī)組控制方面完成實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。本文的研究成果驗(yàn)證了智能電表能夠和多種控制功能結(jié)合的新思路,在傳統(tǒng)智能電表上集成了以太網(wǎng)通信和短信控制功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)多表合一,解決了傳統(tǒng)方案中設(shè)備混亂的難題,也最大化利用了綜控單元的運(yùn)算能力。論文的思路和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程對(duì)于智能電表開發(fā)有一定指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí),電表在多場(chǎng)合中的應(yīng)用得以實(shí)現(xiàn),其兼容性和便捷性均得到充分體現(xiàn),也說(shuō)明了以智能電表為依托的新型智能化終端將大有前景。
[Abstract]:The National 13th Five-Year Plan will promote the application of smart grid into key projects. Smart ammeter is one of the important terminal equipment of smart grid. It has electric reference metering, data processing, data transmission, fault detection, The functions of fault alarm and remote communication are indispensable for electric energy metering and power grid safety detection in production and life. At present, the networking capability and remote control mode of intelligent meter are developing. It is of great significance to extend the technology of industrial Ethernet and Internet of things, which is now booming, to intelligent meter. Based on the basic application process of traditional intelligent ammeter, this paper makes a deep research on Ethernet communication and short message control function of multi-control function meter. The main contents include: 1. Firstly, the hardware integrated control unit STM32 platform of ammeter is determined. Adopting the "double CPU" solution and cooperating with other hardware modules, the functions of electric reference measurement, bus communication and remote control are realized. The electric meter can communicate seamlessly with other industrial equipment and complete the control task, at the same time, The meter can be easily integrated into the smart grid system. The software architecture based on 渭 C / OS-IIIP and FreeModbus protocol stack is analyzed. The software architecture, such as Modbus communication, short message control and electric reference measurement, is studied deeply. This paper discusses in detail the coordinated communication process between protocol stacks and the conversion of metrological data, encapsulate and enqueue process .3. based on the completed meter, it discusses the implementation process of its application in building system. The relationship between the communication process of the master and slave stations and the variables of the short message function is analyzed emphatically. The power monitoring, short message control, short message alarm and PID control are used in the air conditioning control of buildings to complete the experimental verification. 4, based on the completed meter, This paper discusses the process of its application in the industrial pump house system, especially analyzes the networking mode among the equipments of the pump room and the transmission process of the control data flow, from the short message control, the short message alarm, the short message alarm. Equipment networking and fuzzy control for pump unit control completed the experimental verification. The research results of this paper verify the new idea that intelligent meter can be combined with various control functions, and integrate Ethernet communication and short message control functions on traditional intelligent meter, realize the integration of multi-meter and solve the difficult problem of equipment confusion in the traditional scheme. It also maximizes the computing power of the integrated control unit. The idea and realization process of the paper have certain guiding significance for the development of intelligent ammeter. At the same time, the application of ammeter in many occasions can be realized, and its compatibility and convenience are fully reflected. It also shows that the new intelligent terminal based on intelligent meter will have great prospect.
