冀北電網(wǎng)500kV變電站“調(diào)控一體”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的研究

【摘要】:在國家電網(wǎng)“大運(yùn)行”體系背景下,各地區(qū)電網(wǎng)逐步建立起將電網(wǎng)調(diào)度管理和監(jiān)視控制進(jìn)行一體化運(yùn)行的管理模式,隨之“調(diào)控一體”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)各地快速發(fā)展。為了提高冀北地區(qū)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行管理水平本文對(duì)國內(nèi)外電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行管理模式和調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了深入地了解,并對(duì)冀北地區(qū)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行管理及其調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,構(gòu)建出一套符合冀北電網(wǎng)500k V變電站運(yùn)行管理模式,適合冀北電網(wǎng)500k V變電站發(fā)展的“調(diào)控一體”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。本文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行管理模式和調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了介紹,對(duì)冀北地區(qū)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行管理及其調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析研究,進(jìn)而提出了冀北電網(wǎng)500k V變電站“調(diào)控一體化”系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的實(shí)施條件、設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)原則及功能需求分析。然后從實(shí)施條件、系統(tǒng)組成、配置及網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案等方面對(duì)“調(diào)控一體”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹,分析說明了冀北電網(wǎng)500k V變電站“調(diào)控一體”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)500k V變電設(shè)備的調(diào)控層面進(jìn)行分析,指出了網(wǎng)、省層面實(shí)現(xiàn)500k V變電設(shè)備“調(diào)控一體化”具有的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。最后,介紹了“調(diào)控一體化”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施效果,從提升基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量,提高同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)水平,常態(tài)化斷路器遠(yuǎn)方操作,縮短方式調(diào)整和故障處理時(shí)間,雙重化構(gòu)建調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng),增強(qiáng)二次系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)等方面展現(xiàn)了“調(diào)控一體化”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用成果。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的冀北電網(wǎng)500k V變電站“調(diào)控一體化”自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)可以集合到現(xiàn)有的調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中,不僅能夠滿足調(diào)度中心的應(yīng)用需求,而且適應(yīng)“大運(yùn)行”系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方向要求,構(gòu)建的技術(shù)支持系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定、可靠,顯著提高調(diào)度人員及其監(jiān)控運(yùn)行人員的工作效率。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "large operation" system of State Grid, the management mode of integrated operation of power dispatching management and monitoring control has been gradually established in various regions of power grid, and the automation system of "integration of regulation and control" has been developed rapidly in all parts of the country. In order to improve the management level of power network dispatching in the north of Hebei Province, this paper makes a deep understanding of the current situation and development trend of the domestic and foreign power grid operation management mode and dispatching automation system. The present situation of dispatching operation management and dispatching automation system in north Hebei power network is analyzed and studied, and a set of operation management mode of 500kV substation in north Hebei power network is constructed. It is suitable for the development of 500 kV substation in north Hebei power grid. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign power grid operation management mode and dispatching automation system, and analyzes and studies the present situation of dispatching operation management and dispatching automation system in north Hebei power network. Furthermore, the implementation conditions, design objectives, design principles and functional requirements of the "regulation and control integration" system construction of 500kV substation in North Hebei Power Grid are put forward. Then, from the aspects of implementation conditions, system composition, configuration and network scheme, the implementation scheme of "regulation and control" automation system is introduced in detail. This paper analyzes and explains the main technical characteristics of the "regulation and control integrated" automation system of 500kV substation in north Hebei power network, analyzes the regulation and control level of 500kV substation equipment, and points out the network. It has the advantages and disadvantages of realizing the 500 kV substation equipment 'regulation and control integration' at the provincial level. Finally, the paper introduces the implementation effect of the "regulation and control integration" automation system, including improving the quality of the basic data, improving the standard level of the same industry, normalizing the remote operation of the circuit breaker, shortening the adjustment of the mode and the time of the fault handling. The dual construction of the dispatching data network and the enhancement of the security protection of the secondary system show the application results of the "regulation and control integration" automation system. The "integrated regulation and control" automation system of 500kV substation in the north Hebei power network can be integrated into the existing dispatching automation system, which can not only meet the application needs of the dispatching center. In addition, according to the direction of "large operation" system construction, the constructed technical support system is safe, stable and reliable, and significantly improves the work efficiency of dispatchers and their supervisory and operating personnel.
