基于寬頻電磁法的接地網(wǎng)絡(luò)探測儀樣機(jī)研制

【摘要】:變電站運(yùn)行過程中需要接地網(wǎng)的保護(hù),接地網(wǎng)可以保護(hù)變電站內(nèi)工作人員以及各種變電送電設(shè)備,電網(wǎng)部門以及電氣公司均對(duì)變電站及其設(shè)備的接地性能給予足夠的重視和研究。接地網(wǎng)在使用過程中容易受到腐蝕問題的困擾,尤其是鋼材料的接地網(wǎng),當(dāng)腐蝕到一定程度,將增大接地電阻,使得整個(gè)變電站的對(duì)地電壓升高,一旦發(fā)生雷擊或者過電壓等事件,將很容易對(duì)站內(nèi)的工作人員和送變電設(shè)備造成損害,在不影響變電站正常運(yùn)行的情況下,針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確探測對(duì)于后續(xù)的故障診斷和接地網(wǎng)的定期維護(hù)都具有十分重要的意義。目前常見的接地網(wǎng)絡(luò)探測方法主要包括電網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法、電化學(xué)檢測法、電磁場檢測方法等,寬頻電磁法基于電磁感應(yīng)原理,在探測方式上具有安全、高效、快捷等優(yōu)點(diǎn),研制寬頻接地網(wǎng)絡(luò)探測儀器具有實(shí)際意義。本論文在借鑒國外先進(jìn)儀器的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了基于DSP平臺(tái)寬頻接地網(wǎng)絡(luò)探測儀,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了發(fā)射和接收樣機(jī)的制作。發(fā)射部分采用DSP數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái)生成SPWM信號(hào),經(jīng)過電平隔離、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,控制逆變電路的MOSFET器件開關(guān),生成交變電壓,施加到發(fā)射線圈上產(chǎn)生固定頻率的交變正弦電流。接收部分采用高精度AD采樣芯片,通過前置放大電路、信號(hào)濾波電路,接收二次場信號(hào),存儲(chǔ)在設(shè)備中并傳輸至上位機(jī)進(jìn)行處理。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)軟件部分,主要是基于DSP、單片機(jī)以及上位機(jī)軟件的程序設(shè)計(jì),包括脈沖信號(hào)的編程設(shè)計(jì)、DSP與模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換芯片的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸DMA設(shè)計(jì)、接收信號(hào)的初步提取和計(jì)算、發(fā)射部分交互界面和單片機(jī)SD卡存儲(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì),并采用MATLAB軟件設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)的讀取程序。最終對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)射和接收樣機(jī)分別進(jìn)行了測試,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。在室內(nèi)進(jìn)行了金屬體和接地網(wǎng)模型測試實(shí)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)測試數(shù)據(jù)的分析,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of substation operation, the protection of grounding grid is needed, the grounding grid can protect the personnel in the substation and all kinds of substation equipment. The power grid department and the electric company all pay enough attention to the grounding performance of the substation and its equipment. The grounding grid of steel material will increase the grounding resistance when corrosion to a certain extent, which will increase the ground voltage of the whole substation. Once lightning strikes or overvoltages occur, it will easily cause damage to the staff and power transmission equipment in the station, and the network structure is accurate without affecting the normal operation of the substation. Detection is of great significance for the follow-up fault diagnosis and the regular maintenance of grounding network. The common grounding network detection methods currently include electrical network analysis, electrochemical detection, electromagnetic field detection and so on. The broadband electromagnetic method is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, and it has the advantages of safety, efficiency and shortcut in the detection mode. The development of broadband grounding network detection instrument is of practical significance. On the basis of foreign advanced instruments, this paper designed a broadband grounding network detector based on DSP platform, and realized the manufacture of the launch and receiving prototype. The launching part uses the DSP data processing platform to generate the SPWM letter number, through the level isolation, the drive circuit and the control of the inverter. The MOSFET switch of the circuit generates alternating voltage, which is applied to the transmission coil to produce the alternating sinusoidal current of the fixed frequency. The receiving part uses a high precision AD sampling chip, through the preamplifier circuit, the signal filter circuit, receiving two field signals, stored in the equipment and transmitting to the upper computer for processing. The system software is designed and realized. Part, mainly based on the program design of DSP, MCU and PC software, including the programming of pulse signal, the data transmission DMA design of DSP and analog to digital conversion chip, the initial extraction and calculation of the received signal, the interactive interface of the transmitter and the memory set of the SCM, and the design of the reading process of the upper computer with the software of MATLAB. The design is tested to verify the correctness of the design. In the laboratory, the test experiment of the metal body and grounding grid model is carried out, and the effectiveness of the design is verified by the analysis of the test data.
