大規(guī)模水電系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度降維方法研究Ⅰ:理論分析

【摘要】:中國水電系統(tǒng)規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)張,使得已有方法在求解大規(guī)模水電調(diào)度問題時(shí),存在嚴(yán)重維數(shù)災(zāi)及早熟收斂等不同程度局限,亟需分析已有方法以便發(fā)現(xiàn)其瓶頸所在,為探尋能均衡求解效率與計(jì)算精度的實(shí)用化方法提供有益參考。為此,首先深入研究了線性規(guī)劃、二次規(guī)劃和動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃等多種方法的計(jì)算復(fù)雜度,然后定量對比分析了各方法在不同情景下的適用性,最后提出“四維一體可拓降維”總體思想,并給出具體的降維方法與策略,建議從空間維、時(shí)間維、狀態(tài)維和組合維等4個(gè)方面開展綜合研究,以切實(shí)服務(wù)于大規(guī)模水電系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度的高效優(yōu)質(zhì)求解。
[Abstract]:The continuous expansion of the scale of hydropower system in China makes the existing methods have some limitations in solving large-scale hydropower dispatching problems, such as serious dimensionality disaster and premature convergence, so it is necessary to analyze the existing methods in order to find out the bottleneck. It provides a useful reference for exploring practical methods which can balance the efficiency and accuracy of solution. Therefore, the computational complexity of linear programming, quadratic programming and dynamic programming is studied deeply, and then the applicability of each method in different scenarios is compared and analyzed quantitatively. Finally, the general idea of "four-dimension extension reduction" is put forward, and the specific dimensionality reduction methods and strategies are given. It is suggested that a comprehensive study should be carried out from four aspects: space dimension, time dimension, state dimension and combination dimension. In order to effectively serve the large scale hydropower system optimal scheduling efficient and high-quality solution.
