節(jié)能減排背景下含虛擬電廠的電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度

【摘要】:隨著世界范圍內(nèi)能源需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),化石能源資源瀕臨枯竭,生態(tài)環(huán)境逐漸惡化。新形式下,節(jié)能減排理念日益受到重視,采用清潔可再生能源的呼吁也不斷提高,作為化石能源消耗大戶(hù)的電力行業(yè)肩負(fù)節(jié)能減排的重任。我國(guó)日益嚴(yán)重的霧霾問(wèn)題和大量清潔分布式能源資源并網(wǎng)帶來(lái)的調(diào)度難題給電力系統(tǒng)的安全、綠色和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn);诖,本文對(duì)節(jié)能減排背景下含虛擬電廠的電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探討。首先,針對(duì)我國(guó)日益嚴(yán)重的霧霾環(huán)境,討論霧霾對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)中光伏出力和電力負(fù)荷的影響,并提出霧霾相似日的思想用以處理計(jì)及霧霾影響的光伏出力預(yù)測(cè)和負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),采用小波神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和分析,結(jié)論表明霧霾的影響不容忽視,考慮其影響可有效提高預(yù)測(cè)精度。其次,針對(duì)大量分布式能源資源并網(wǎng)給電力系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)的調(diào)度難題,本文引入虛擬電廠的概念,構(gòu)建不受地域限制、含多種分布式能源資源的虛擬電廠,并基于三次指數(shù)平滑法預(yù)測(cè)虛擬電廠服務(wù)區(qū)域的整體負(fù)荷需求,采用投資組合理論和遺傳算法實(shí)現(xiàn)虛擬電廠內(nèi)各類(lèi)分布式能源資源的最優(yōu)容量配置。以此為基礎(chǔ),本文提出多虛擬電廠靜態(tài)組合運(yùn)營(yíng)策略,并采用遺傳算法求解,為虛擬電廠的規(guī)劃和運(yùn)營(yíng)提供可行參考。最后,本文構(gòu)建霧霾天氣下含虛擬電廠的電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型,模型中提出計(jì)及霧霾影響的排污成本增長(zhǎng)因子函數(shù),將其結(jié)合到傳統(tǒng)火電機(jī)組的排放成本中,并通過(guò)府財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼手段彌補(bǔ)虛擬電廠的成本劣勢(shì);通過(guò)線性化處理,將上述模型轉(zhuǎn)化為混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃問(wèn)題,并采用Matlab的Yalmip工具箱進(jìn)行求解,算例結(jié)論表明所提模型和算法可在霧霾天氣下有效提高分布式能源資源的消納,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)的同時(shí)兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the increasing energy demand in the world, fossil energy resources are on the verge of exhaustion and the ecological environment is deteriorating. In the new form, the idea of energy saving and emission reduction is paid more and more attention to, and the appeal to adopt clean and renewable energy is constantly raised. As a large consumer of fossil energy, the electric power industry shoulders the heavy responsibility of energy saving and emission reduction. The increasingly serious haze problem in our country and the dispatching problem brought by a large number of clean and distributed energy resources bring challenges to the security, green and economic operation of the power system. Based on this, the optimal dispatching problem of power system with virtual power plant under the background of energy saving and emission reduction is discussed in this paper. Firstly, in view of the increasingly serious haze environment in China, the influence of haze on PV output and power load in power system is discussed, and the idea of haze similar day is proposed to deal with PV output forecasting and load forecasting taking into account the influence of haze. The wavelet neural network model is used to predict and analyze. The conclusion shows that the influence of haze can not be ignored and the accuracy of prediction can be improved effectively by considering its influence. Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of virtual power plant to build a virtual power plant, which is not limited by region and contains a variety of distributed energy resources, in view of the power system scheduling problems caused by a large number of distributed energy resources connected to the grid. Based on the cubic exponential smoothing method, the optimal capacity allocation of distributed energy resources in virtual power plants is realized by using portfolio theory and genetic algorithm. On this basis, this paper proposes a static combined operation strategy for multi-virtual power plants, and uses genetic algorithm to solve it, which provides a feasible reference for the planning and operation of virtual power plants. Finally, the optimal dispatching model of power system with virtual power plant in haze weather is constructed. In the model, the factor function of sewage cost growth considering the influence of haze is put forward, which is combined with the emission cost of traditional thermal power unit. The model is transformed into mixed integer linear programming problem by linearization, and solved by Yalmip toolbox of Matlab. The results of an example show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively increase the absorption of distributed energy resources in haze weather and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction while taking into account the economic benefits.
