【摘要】:隨著電子信息時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,智能手機(jī)變得越來(lái)越大眾化,屏幕大且功能多樣化。然而,手機(jī)電池的電量成為了消費(fèi)者關(guān)心的一個(gè)問(wèn)題,還有充電時(shí)各種各樣繁瑣的數(shù)據(jù)線。手機(jī)接口也是有進(jìn)水或者進(jìn)灰塵的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),所以有必要去研究一種方便可靠性高的充電方法。電磁感應(yīng)技術(shù)可以通過(guò)空間上的磁場(chǎng)耦合將電能從發(fā)射端傳遞給接收端,然后給手機(jī)電池進(jìn)行充電。本文通過(guò)對(duì)該技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理、電路設(shè)計(jì)、線圈耦合的研究,設(shè)計(jì)出基于電磁感應(yīng)原理的手機(jī)無(wú)線充電系統(tǒng)。首先分析了手機(jī)無(wú)線充電的理論和結(jié)構(gòu),包括常見(jiàn)的無(wú)線電能傳輸方式,系統(tǒng)的基本框架,對(duì)手機(jī)充電發(fā)射端和接收端進(jìn)行了介紹。然后,分析了手機(jī)電池的特征和充電時(shí)影響充電效率的一些因素,并對(duì)其中參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。最后設(shè)計(jì)手機(jī)充電電路,選出了適合于發(fā)射端和接收端的控制芯片,設(shè)計(jì)了輔助電源,發(fā)射端的振蕩電路,對(duì)耦合線圈進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,設(shè)計(jì)出適合手機(jī)充電系統(tǒng)的線圈。為了證明系統(tǒng)的性能,結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室的條件,搭建了一個(gè)手機(jī)無(wú)線充電的實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。在介紹了一些關(guān)于測(cè)試的方法之后,對(duì)發(fā)射端和接收端的模塊進(jìn)行了一系列的指標(biāo)測(cè)試,從而驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可行性,本文所研究的內(nèi)容對(duì)手機(jī)無(wú)線充電的推廣有著促進(jìn)的作用,可以為以后手機(jī)無(wú)線充電設(shè)計(jì)研究提供一些參考。最后,展望無(wú)線充電的發(fā)展前景,并對(duì)本文的重要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the electronic information age, smart phones are becoming more and more popular, with large screens and diversified functions. However, cell phone battery power has become a concern for consumers, as well as a variety of rechargeable data lines. Mobile phone interface is also a risk of water or dust, so it is necessary to study a convenient and reliable charging method. Electromagnetic induction technology can transmit electric energy from the transmitter to the receiver through magnetic field coupling in space, and then charge the cell phone battery. In this paper, a wireless charging system based on electromagnetic induction is designed by studying the structure principle, circuit design and coil coupling of the technology. Firstly, the theory and structure of mobile phone wireless charging are analyzed, including the common radio energy transmission mode, the basic framework of the system, and the introduction of the mobile phone charging transmitter and receiver. Then, the characteristics of mobile phone battery and some factors affecting charging efficiency are analyzed, and the parameters are analyzed. Finally, the mobile phone charging circuit is designed, the control chip suitable for the transmitter and receiver is selected, the auxiliary power supply and the oscillation circuit of the transmitter are designed, the coupling coil is analyzed in detail, and the coil suitable for the mobile phone charging system is designed. In order to prove the performance of the system, an experimental system for wireless charging of mobile phone is built according to the conditions of the laboratory. After introducing some testing methods, a series of index tests on the modules of the transmitter and receiver are carried out to verify the feasibility of the system. The contents studied in this paper can promote the promotion of wireless charging of mobile phones. Can provide some reference for the future mobile phone wireless charging design research. Finally, the development prospect of wireless charging is prospected, and the important contents of this paper are summarized.
