煤基中間相半焦制備及其用于超級(jí)電容器電極材料研究

【摘要】:以煤全組分族分離所得的密中質(zhì)組(中間相的來(lái)源物質(zhì),即源質(zhì))為原料,制備了中間相半焦,考察了炭化溫度、恒溫時(shí)間、升溫速率、原料成型壓力對(duì)源質(zhì)生成中間相半焦的影響及中間相半焦的生成過(guò)程,分析了中間相半焦的官能團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu)與微晶結(jié)構(gòu)的演化進(jìn)程,探討了由源質(zhì)生成中間相小球體進(jìn)而形成中間相半焦的機(jī)理。用KOH活化法制備了活性中間相半焦,對(duì)其用于超級(jí)電容器電極材料的電化學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:升高溫度加劇了熱解和縮聚反應(yīng),有利于中間相的生成以及向流線型演化,而溫度較高加快了氣體逸出,不利于中間相的發(fā)展;恒溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)加深了反應(yīng)進(jìn)程,有利于中間相半焦向流線型結(jié)構(gòu)演變;升溫速率在4℃/min時(shí),中間相半焦的光學(xué)形貌呈現(xiàn)大面積廣域流線型;原料成型壓力主要通過(guò)改變?cè)促|(zhì)的顆粒間隙影響中間相的發(fā)展,增加壓力會(huì)影響反應(yīng)熱效率、小分子逸出以及惰性氣流的引導(dǎo)作用,不利于中間相的有序化發(fā)展。生成中間相小球體并向流線型中間相半焦轉(zhuǎn)化的較佳條件為450℃、4℃/min、散裝進(jìn)料。在此條件下,隨著恒溫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),中間相的演化進(jìn)程為中間相小球體→小廣域型→中等流線型→粗流線型→廣域流線型(粗型)→廣域流線型(細(xì)型)。其機(jī)理為:源質(zhì)中組成5 nm納粒的網(wǎng)絡(luò)大分子平面化,平面分子聚集并相互堆疊成層積體,分子層積體相互穿插形成基核,基核融并形成中間相小球體,小球體相互融并長(zhǎng)大,球體解體并固化形成小廣域型中間相半焦,在熱縮聚及氣流剪切作用下半焦向流線型演變。以不同光學(xué)形貌的中間相半焦活化而制備的活性中間相半焦的比表面積均達(dá)到2000 m2/g,微孔容積達(dá)到1 cm3/g,以廣域流線型(粗型)中間相半焦制備的活性中間相半焦孔結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)最好,因?yàn)榇诵蚊蚕禄钚灾虚g相半焦的片層結(jié)構(gòu)有利于KOH逐層活化,同時(shí)有序性適中使得KOH與內(nèi)部C原子反應(yīng)的活化能較低,此時(shí)比電容量達(dá)到225.90 F/g。
[Abstract]:The mesophase semi-char was prepared from the dense mesophase (mesophase source material, I. e., source material) obtained from the separation of whole coal components. The carbonization temperature, constant temperature time and heating rate were investigated. The influence of raw material forming pressure on the formation of mesophase semi-coke and the formation process of mesophase semi-coke were analyzed. The evolution process of functional group structure and microcrystalline structure of mesophase semi-coke was analyzed. The mechanism of the formation of mesophase semi-coke from mesophase is discussed. Active mesophase semi-char was prepared by KOH activation method and its electrochemical properties for supercapacitor electrode materials were characterized. The results show that the increase of temperature intensifies the pyrolysis and Polycondensation reaction, which is conducive to the formation of mesophase and the evolution to streamline, while the higher temperature accelerates the gas escape, which is not conducive to the development of mesophase, and the prolongation of the constant temperature time deepens the reaction process. The optical morphology of mesophase semi-coke shows a wide area streamline shape at the heating rate of 4 鈩,
