基于ROA架構(gòu)的配電網(wǎng)多源數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著配電網(wǎng)信息化建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,配電網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域所涉及的數(shù)據(jù)信息也越來(lái)越多,這些數(shù)據(jù)不僅包含了電網(wǎng)電壓、電流等運(yùn)行信息,還包括地理、天氣等各類相關(guān)信息,通過(guò)對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)的采集存儲(chǔ)和有效管理可以提高對(duì)配電網(wǎng)全面監(jiān)測(cè)的能力,并為配電網(wǎng)的各種應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)提供可靠穩(wěn)定的數(shù)據(jù)支持。由于配電網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源種類繁多,包括如SCADA系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)、PMU系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)、電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)等,不同數(shù)據(jù)源系統(tǒng)的需求及應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景各不相同,在數(shù)據(jù)格式、精度等各方面均存在著較大的差異。同時(shí),這些異構(gòu)的多源數(shù)據(jù)還存在數(shù)據(jù)冗余、缺失等異常情況。另外,配電網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)還面臨著廠站分布廣泛、通信規(guī)約種類繁多、終端采集設(shè)備繁雜等特點(diǎn)。以上這些配電數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)制約了配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行決策的應(yīng)用,使得各個(gè)配電應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景難以相互支撐。本文對(duì)配電網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)的來(lái)源做了分析,并在其分析結(jié)果之上總結(jié)了各數(shù)據(jù)源的基本特征,然后基于IEC 61970及IEC 61968標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立配電網(wǎng)多源數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口,并進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)了配電網(wǎng)多源數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范以及遇到的問(wèn)題都進(jìn)行了深入的研究,基于ROA架構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)了配電網(wǎng)多源數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),解決了多源數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一接入的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了多源數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的主要功能,主要應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)召測(cè)與定時(shí)召測(cè)功能進(jìn)行多源數(shù)據(jù)的收集,最終將數(shù)據(jù)信息結(jié)果以可視化界面、檢測(cè)結(jié)果以PDF報(bào)告的形式進(jìn)行展示,為配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)一步的高級(jí)應(yīng)用分析提供可靠的信息支撐。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of distribution network information construction, more and more data information is involved in the field of distribution network. These data not only include the grid voltage, current and other operation information, but also include all kinds of related information, such as geography, weather and so on. Through the collection, storage and effective management of these data, the ability of comprehensive monitoring of distribution network can be improved, and the reliable and stable data support can be provided for various application systems of distribution network. Because there are many kinds of data sources in distribution network, such as SCADA system data, power quality monitoring system data, different data source system requirements and application scenarios are different, in the data format, There are great differences in precision and other aspects. At the same time, these heterogeneous multi-source data also exist data redundancy, missing and other anomalies. In addition, the data acquisition system of distribution network also faces the characteristics of wide distribution of plant and station, variety of communication protocols and complex terminal acquisition equipment. The above characteristics of distribution data restrict the application of distribution network operation decision making it difficult to support each other. In this paper, the source of distribution network big data is analyzed, and the basic characteristics of each data source are summarized on the basis of the analysis results. Then, based on IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 standards, the unified standard interface of distribution network multi-source data is established. Furthermore, the multi-source data acquisition system of distribution network is designed. The related technical specifications and problems encountered in the development process are deeply studied. Based on the ROA framework, a multi-source data service system of distribution network is developed, which solves the problem of unified access of multi-source data. On this basis, the main functions of the multi-source data acquisition system are realized. The functions of real-time call and timing call of the data acquisition system are mainly used to collect the multi-source data. Finally, the result of the data information is visualized. The test results are presented in the form of PDF report, which provides reliable information support for further advanced application analysis of distribution network.
