永磁同步電機(jī)電主軸熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合計算方法

【摘要】:為了深入研究永磁同步電機(jī)電主軸熱特性,綜合考慮軸承熱誘導(dǎo)預(yù)緊力及潤滑油黏溫效應(yīng)等因素,并基于系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部多參量耦合作用關(guān)系,建立永磁同步電機(jī)電主軸熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合計算方法.以某型號永磁同步電機(jī)電主軸為研究對象,進(jìn)行了溫升及熱變形測量,試驗結(jié)果與仿真計算對比表明所建立的計算方法具有足夠的精度.采用該計算方法分析了永磁同步電機(jī)電主軸熱特性,結(jié)果表明:電主軸轉(zhuǎn)子溫升較低,前后軸承受配合方式、裝配位置及熱誘導(dǎo)預(yù)緊力等因素影響,使軸芯沿軸向存在13℃左右的溫差,導(dǎo)致電主軸軸向熱伸長成為影響加工精度的主要原因.
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the thermal characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous electromechanical spindle (PMSM), the factors such as bearing heat induced preload force and lubricating oil viscosity temperature effect are considered synthetically, and based on the coupling relation of multiple parameters in the system. The thermal-structural coupling calculation method of permanent magnet synchronous electromechanical spindle is established. Taking a permanent magnet synchronous electromechanical spindle as the research object, the temperature rise and thermal deformation measurement are carried out. The comparison between the experimental results and the simulation results shows that the proposed calculation method has sufficient accuracy. The calculation method is used to analyze the thermal characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous electromechanical spindle. The results show that the temperature rise of the motor spindle rotor is low, the front and rear bearings are affected by the matching mode, the assembly position and the heat induced preload force, etc. The axial thermal elongation of the motorized spindle is the main reason that affects the machining accuracy because of the temperature difference of about 13 鈩,
