【摘要】:針對多通道受電斷面解列裝置動作存在解列時刻偏晚及不同通道解列不同時性的問題,結(jié)合南方電網(wǎng)多通道斷面振蕩解列裝置動作行為,采用時域仿真分析方法提出縮短解列裝置判別周期和建設(shè)廣域失步解列系統(tǒng)聯(lián)切剩余通道的改進(jìn)措施,有利于解列后送受端電網(wǎng)快速恢復(fù)穩(wěn)定。分析得出電磁環(huán)網(wǎng)解環(huán)、低壓減載措施、高頻切機(jī)措施等因素均會引起多通道受電斷面振蕩中心遷移,并研究振蕩解列動作時間對送受端電網(wǎng)的其他第三道防線措施量的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of late time and different time of demultiplexing, the action of multi-channel Oscillation defibrillator in Southern Power Grid is analyzed. The time domain simulation analysis method is used to shorten the judging period of the defibrillator and to build a wide area out-of-step decoupling system, which is beneficial to the rapid restoration of the stability of the power network at the end of de-listing and evacuation. It is concluded that the factors such as electromagnetic loop decoupling, low voltage load reduction, high frequency cutting and so on will result in the shift of the oscillation center of the multi-channel electric section, and the effect of the action time of the oscillation unwinding on the other third line of defense measures in the receiving end network is studied.
