考慮損耗成本的電池儲能電站建模及優(yōu)化調(diào)度

【摘要】:為提高風電并網(wǎng)效益,減少棄風,在電網(wǎng)中接入電池儲能電站(battery energy storage power station,BESPS)。首先,建立了考慮損耗成本的BESPS調(diào)度特性模型,該損耗成本由BESPS投資成本與調(diào)度區(qū)間內(nèi)的充放電循環(huán)次數(shù)估算;然后,在考慮風電可信容量的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了BESPS調(diào)度模型。某些情況下,系統(tǒng)很難全額消納風電,因此,調(diào)度模型具有運行成本最小與風電接納最大2個不同維度的優(yōu)化目標。為求解此問題,基于隸屬度函數(shù)將2個子優(yōu)化目標模糊化,構(gòu)建了基于最大滿意度的單目標優(yōu)化模型,并采用GAMS軟件提供的CPLEX求解器對其進行求解;谖覈鴸|北某實際省級電網(wǎng)的仿真實驗說明:BESPS接入可顯著提升系統(tǒng)風電接納能力,且基于最大滿意度的優(yōu)化調(diào)度可給出更為合理的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of wind power grid and reduce the abandonment of wind, the battery energy storage power station is connected to the power grid. Firstly, the BESPS scheduling characteristic model considering loss cost is established, which is estimated by the BESPS investment cost and the charging and discharging cycles within the dispatching interval. Then, the BESPS scheduling model is constructed on the basis of considering the trusted capacity of wind power. In some cases, it is difficult for the system to absorb wind power in full. Therefore, the scheduling model has two different dimensions of minimum operating cost and maximum acceptance of wind power. In order to solve this problem, two suboptimization objectives are fuzzy based on membership function, and a single objective optimization model based on maximum satisfaction degree is constructed, and CPLEX solver provided by GAMS software is used to solve the problem. The simulation results based on a provincial power grid in Northeast China show that the system can significantly enhance the acceptance capacity of wind power by using the 7% BESPS connection, and the optimal scheduling based on the maximum satisfaction degree can give more reasonable results.
