基于光伏逆變器無功調(diào)節(jié)的低壓配電網(wǎng)多模式電壓控制

【摘要】:針對大規(guī)模戶用光伏接入引起的低壓配電網(wǎng)電壓越限問題,以逆變器無功控制為手段,提出了一種多模式逆變器控制策略,以提高低壓配電網(wǎng)對光伏的消納能力。基于電壓靈敏度理論,定義了虛擬注入有功功率的概念,實現(xiàn)了節(jié)點有功和無功功率之間的折算。根據(jù)節(jié)點虛擬注入功率將光伏發(fā)電的并網(wǎng)分為過電壓抑制、欠電壓抑制以及網(wǎng)損和功率因數(shù)的優(yōu)化三種模式。當(dāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)出現(xiàn)過電壓(欠電壓)運行風(fēng)險時,以風(fēng)險的抑制為目標(biāo)調(diào)節(jié)逆變器無功功率;當(dāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行無風(fēng)險時,則以網(wǎng)損和功率因數(shù)的優(yōu)化作為逆變器的無功調(diào)節(jié)依據(jù)。此外,為了實現(xiàn)就地的協(xié)調(diào)控制,結(jié)合全網(wǎng)電壓靈敏度矩陣建立了不同節(jié)點光伏逆變器控制參數(shù)的優(yōu)化模型,實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)無通信條件下的協(xié)調(diào)電壓控制。仿真結(jié)果表明,所提的多模式電壓控制方法可以有效地抑制網(wǎng)絡(luò)電壓越限,同時使網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗和功率因數(shù)也得到優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of voltage overrunning caused by large scale household photovoltaic access, a multi-mode inverter control strategy is proposed to improve the absorption capacity of low-voltage distribution network to photovoltaic by using reactive power control of inverter as a means. Based on the theory of voltage sensitivity, the concept of virtual injected active power is defined, and the conversion between active and reactive power is realized. According to the node virtual injection power, photovoltaic generation is divided into three modes: overvoltage suppression, undervoltage suppression, and optimization of network loss and power factor. When there is overvoltage (undervoltage) running risk, the reactive power of inverter is adjusted with the aim of reducing the risk, and the optimization of network loss and power factor is taken as the basis of reactive power regulation when the network is running without risk. In addition, in order to realize the local coordinated control, the optimal model of control parameters of photovoltaic inverter with different nodes is established in combination with the whole grid voltage sensitivity matrix, which realizes the coordinated voltage control under the condition of no communication in the network. The simulation results show that the proposed multi-mode voltage control method can effectively suppress the network voltage overrun and optimize the network loss and power factor.
