【摘要】：本文探討了國內(nèi)外柱上開關(guān)控制器的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,分析了柱上開關(guān)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)約,對(duì)以Linux嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)為核心的通用型高性能智能型柱上開關(guān)控制器進(jìn)行硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。為滿足不同類型的柱上開關(guān)(負(fù)荷開關(guān)、斷路器)在不同應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合下的控制需求,本控制器采用通用型模塊化硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案,在柱上開關(guān)功能分類的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)控制器硬件整體框架進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),采用了以基于ARM920T內(nèi)核的S3C2440為核心的處理器,同時(shí)對(duì)控制器的模擬量輸入模塊、開關(guān)量輸入輸出模塊、人機(jī)接口模塊、通信模塊和電源模塊進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì)。通過硬件電路模塊的設(shè)計(jì),控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)了IEC61850-5-101規(guī)約的通信以及“四遙”、遠(yuǎn)程在線程序配置和控制軟件在線更新升級(jí)等功能,可靈活地配置不同的繼電保護(hù)功能,有效降低中壓配電系統(tǒng)中柱上開關(guān)控制器的備件冗余度,提升資產(chǎn)利用率,降低設(shè)備升級(jí)難度及更換成本。為使柱上開關(guān)控制器長期穩(wěn)定在戶外運(yùn)行,本控制器產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)格按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T17626和配電自動(dòng)化行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DL/T 721-2013進(jìn)行樣機(jī)機(jī)箱設(shè)計(jì)和電磁兼容設(shè)計(jì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出電路板PCB設(shè)計(jì)原則和EMC設(shè)計(jì)方法,最終設(shè)計(jì)出了一臺(tái)樣機(jī)并通過了相關(guān)電磁兼容測(cè)試,達(dá)到了相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development status of on-column switch controller at home and abroad is discussed, and the related design specification of the column switch product is analyzed. The hardware system of the universal high performance intelligent switch controller based on Linux embedded operating system is designed. In order to meet the control requirements of different types of on-post switches (load switches, circuit breakers) in different applications, the controller adopts a general modular hardware design scheme. On the basis of the classification of switch functions on the column, the overall hardware frame of the controller is designed. The processor based on S3C2440 based on ARM920T kernel is adopted. At the same time, the analog input module, the switch input and output module of the controller are introduced. The man-machine interface module, communication module and power module are analyzed and designed. Through the design of hardware circuit module, the controller realizes the communication of IEC61850-5-101 protocol, the functions of "four remote", remote on-line program configuration and on-line updating and upgrading of control software, and can flexibly configure different relay protection functions. It can effectively reduce the spare parts redundancy of the on-post switch controller in the medium voltage distribution system, raise the utilization ratio of assets, reduce the difficulty of upgrading the equipment and the cost of replacement. In order to make the on-post switch controller run outdoors for a long time, the controller products are designed strictly according to the national standard GB/T17626 and distribution automation industry standard DL/T 721-2013 for prototype chassis design and electromagnetic compatibility design. On this basis, the design principle of PCB and the design method of EMC are put forward. Finally, a prototype is designed and passed the relevant electromagnetic compatibility test, which meets the requirements of relevant standards.
