基于ARM的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)中,大量電力電子裝置及非線性負載投入使用,產(chǎn)生了電壓擾動、電壓波形畸變、閃變等電能質(zhì)量問題。嚴重危及電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運行,同時對用戶造成了嚴重影響。為此,本文設(shè)計了一種基于ARM+Linux的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測儀,實現(xiàn)了對電能質(zhì)量的在線監(jiān)測,為有效地改善、治理電能質(zhì)量問題提供真實的數(shù)據(jù)。本文詳細分析了國內(nèi)外電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,主要從電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測裝置、電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測分類以及電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測方法三個方面進行論述;詳細介紹了我國電能質(zhì)量標準中對電能質(zhì)量參數(shù)指標的含義、特性及標準算法。提出了以ARM為處理器,嵌入式Linux為軟件核心的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案;完成了以ARM為核心的硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。硬件系統(tǒng)主要包括信號調(diào)理模塊、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、系統(tǒng)供電模塊;對硬件進行了測頻電路的測試、選用二階巴特沃斯低通濾波電路作為抗混疊濾波電路,并進行了仿真分析,鐵電FM25V20用于存儲一些重要參數(shù),以總線速度進行寫操作,大大提高了讀寫速度及儲存能力。構(gòu)建了電能質(zhì)量嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)軟件開發(fā)平臺,完成了電能質(zhì)量硬件系統(tǒng)上的引導(dǎo)程序、內(nèi)核及文件系統(tǒng)移植;開發(fā)了底層驅(qū)動程序,引出Linux系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動模型。設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了電能質(zhì)量的應(yīng)用軟件,采用快速傅立葉變換進行信號處理,通過Qt/embedded完成電能質(zhì)量的人機接口設(shè)計。在電能質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)硬件平臺上對嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)軟件功能進行了測試,實驗測試表明,本電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)能夠完成電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測任務(wù),主要包括電壓偏差、頻率偏差、總諧波畸變率,均在允許范圍內(nèi)。從性能、實時性、成本等角度出發(fā),本系統(tǒng)能夠滿足實際應(yīng)用需求,且具有較好的人機交互性,符合最新的電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測要求。
[Abstract]:In power system, a large number of power electronic devices and nonlinear loads are put into use, resulting in voltage disturbance, voltage waveform distortion, flicker and other power quality problems. It seriously endangers the stable operation of the power grid, and at the same time has a serious impact on the users. Therefore, this paper designs a kind of power quality monitor based on ARM Linux, realizes the on-line monitoring of power quality, and provides real data for effectively improving and solving power quality problems. In this paper, the research status of power quality monitoring technology at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, mainly from three aspects: power quality monitoring device, power quality monitoring classification and power quality monitoring method. The meaning, characteristics and standard algorithm of power quality parameters in power quality standards in China are introduced in detail. The overall design scheme of power quality monitoring system with ARM as processor and embedded Linux as software core is put forward, and the hardware system based on ARM is designed. The hardware system mainly includes signal conditioning module / A / D conversion module and system power supply module. The frequency measurement circuit of the hardware is tested, and the second-order Butterworth low-pass filter circuit is selected as the anti-aliasing filter circuit, and the simulation analysis is carried out. Ferroelectric FM25V20 is used to store some important parameters and write at bus speed, which greatly improves the speed of reading and writing and the ability of storage. The software development platform of the power quality embedded Linux operating system is constructed, the boot program on the power quality hardware system is completed, the kernel and file system are transplanted, the bottom driver program is developed and the driving model of the Linux system is elicited. The application software of power quality is designed and realized. The fast Fourier transform is used to process the signal and the man-machine interface of power quality is designed by Qt/embedded. The software functions of embedded Linux operating system are tested on the hardware platform of the power quality detection system. The experimental results show that the power quality monitoring system can accomplish the power quality monitoring task, mainly including voltage deviation and frequency deviation. The total harmonic distortion rate is within the allowable range. From the point of view of performance, real-time and cost, the system can meet the practical application requirements, and has better man-machine interaction, and meets the latest power quality monitoring requirements.
