【摘要】：隨著國家電網(wǎng)越來越快的發(fā)展,國家電網(wǎng)對所轄電網(wǎng)提出了越來越高的要求。這就需要電力系統(tǒng)本身對設(shè)備的狀態(tài)掌握得越來越全面。然而現(xiàn)實情況是一些電氣絕緣部門如今對于設(shè)備的試驗報告還停留在使用office軟件填寫報告并打印留存至辦公室的狀態(tài)。幾乎所有報告在查閱時都是直接翻閱紙質(zhì)記錄的情況。這對于試驗數(shù)據(jù)的查找,搬遷,整理,儲存都產(chǎn)生了極大地障礙。由于在省級國家電網(wǎng)公司,已經(jīng)全面接入了PMS系統(tǒng)且網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬資源比較緊張,對于基層而言,編寫一個網(wǎng)絡(luò)軟件,寫出服務(wù)器,并部署到省公司信通部門的服務(wù)器上是不現(xiàn)實的。在對報告管理軟件進行開發(fā)過程中,對軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)性,以swing為基礎(chǔ)的界面組建結(jié)構(gòu),權(quán)重匹配等方面有了較深的理解。根據(jù)目前工作現(xiàn)狀,對ReportManager軟件進行功能和結(jié)構(gòu)上進行設(shè)計,使用Java,freemarker,XMLbeans,MySQL,poi,swing等工具,實現(xiàn)了試驗報告錄入,現(xiàn)場試驗報告錄入,試驗報告管理,試驗周期管理,試驗報告導(dǎo)出,紅外圖庫報告批量生成等功能。該軟件簡單易用,可以極大地降低班組里的人員重復(fù)工作,提高人員工作效率,是工作人員從大量的簡單工作中得以解放。在現(xiàn)有情況下,班組基層人員可以迅速上手。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the State Grid, the State Grid has put forward higher and higher requirements for the power grid under its jurisdiction. This requires the power system itself to master the state of the equipment more and more fully. The reality, however, is that some electrical insulation departments are still using office software to fill out the report and print it to the office. Almost all reports are read directly from paper records. This is a great obstacle to the search, relocation, collation, and storage of the test data. Because at the provincial State Grid Corporation, the PMS system has been fully connected and the network bandwidth resources are relatively tight, for the grassroots, write a network software and write out the server. It is not realistic to deploy to the server of the provincial company information and communications department. In the process of developing the report management software, the structure of the interface based on swing, the weight matching and so on have been deeply understood. According to the present work situation, the function and structure of ReportManager software are designed, and the test report input, field test report input, test report management, test period management and test report export are realized by using Java Java freemarker XML beans SQL poiiswing etc. Infrared picture database report batch generation and other functions. The software is simple and easy to use, which can greatly reduce the repeated work of the staff in the shift group, and improve the work efficiency of the staff. It is the emancipation of the staff from a large number of simple work. In the current situation, team grass-roots personnel can quickly start.
