基于軟磁復(fù)合材料的永磁同步電機(jī)鐵耗特性研究

【摘要】:軟磁復(fù)合材料(SMC材料)在最近十幾年得到了飛速發(fā)展,并且在許多領(lǐng)域得到了應(yīng)用。和硅鋼片材料不同,SMC材料電阻率高,磁、熱各向同性,渦流損耗小、可以直接模壓成型,但磁滯損耗較大,所以要推廣商業(yè)應(yīng)用必須研究SMC材料區(qū)別于硅鋼片的損耗特性,讓它應(yīng)用在最適合的工況下,才能發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)。本課題來(lái)自于國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目——軟磁復(fù)合材料的圓筒形直線電機(jī)推力波動(dòng)與材料鐵耗特性研究。本文通過理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)SMC材料磁特性,SMC材料永磁同步電機(jī)鐵耗特性等關(guān)鍵問題展開了深入研究。首先使用BROCKHAUS硅鋼測(cè)量裝置對(duì)SMC材料的環(huán)形試樣的磁特性進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。對(duì)SMC材料與DW470磁性能的對(duì)比分析,進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明了SMC材料的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,為SMC材料電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考依據(jù)。其次設(shè)計(jì)出了兩臺(tái)分別以SMC材料和DW470為鐵心的永磁同步電機(jī),使用有限元方法計(jì)算對(duì)比了兩臺(tái)樣機(jī)空載磁場(chǎng)分布和氣隙磁密,分析出了SMC材料磁導(dǎo)率較低對(duì)電機(jī)磁場(chǎng)帶來(lái)的影響。然后通過負(fù)載試驗(yàn),得到在同頻率下兩臺(tái)樣機(jī)效率的變化規(guī)律。最后,對(duì)SMC不同頻率下的損耗曲線進(jìn)行非線性回歸分析,得到SMC材料的磁滯損耗、渦流損耗、附加損耗系數(shù)。然后通過有限元方法,根據(jù)定子鐵心不同區(qū)域磁場(chǎng)的變化規(guī)律,綜合考慮電機(jī)中交變和旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的影響,對(duì)兩臺(tái)樣機(jī)的磁滯、渦流損耗以及總的鐵耗進(jìn)行了分析對(duì)比,并驗(yàn)證了SMC材料在高頻情況下的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Soft magnetic composite material (SMC) has been developed rapidly in recent years and has been applied in many fields. Different from silicon steel sheet material, the material has high resistivity, magnetic, thermal isotropy, low eddy current loss, and can be molded directly, but the hysteresis loss is large, so it is necessary to study the loss characteristics of SMC material different from silicon steel sheet in order to promote commercial application. Let it be applied in the most suitable operating conditions, can play its advantages. This topic comes from the research of thrust fluctuation and iron loss characteristics of cylindrical linear motor for soft magnetic composite material, which is a project of National Natural Science Foundation. In this paper, the magnetic properties of SMC materials and the characteristics of iron loss of PMSM are studied in theory and experiment. The magnetic properties of annular samples of SMC materials were measured by BROCKHAUS silicon steel measuring device. The comparative analysis of the magnetic properties of SMC and DW470 further explains the advantages and disadvantages of SMC materials and provides a reference for the design of SMC motors. Secondly, two permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) with SMC and DW470 as the core are designed, and the no-load magnetic field distribution and air-gap magnetic density of the two prototypes are calculated and compared by finite element method. The influence of low permeability of SMC material on the magnetic field of motor is analyzed. Then through the load test, the variation law of efficiency of two prototypes at the same frequency is obtained. Finally, the nonlinear regression analysis of the loss curves at different frequencies of SMC is carried out, and the hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and additional loss coefficient of SMC materials are obtained. Then the hysteresis, eddy current loss and total iron loss of the two prototypes are analyzed and compared by the finite element method, according to the variation rule of magnetic field in different regions of stator core, and considering the influence of alternating and rotating magnetic field in the motor, the magnetic hysteresis, eddy current loss and total iron loss of the two prototypes are analyzed and compared. The superiority of SMC in high frequency is verified.
