【摘要】：針對過渡電阻造成阻抗測量不準(zhǔn)確引起風(fēng)電場聯(lián)絡(luò)線單相接地距離保護拒動或超越的問題,分析了雙電源系統(tǒng)電壓相量平面特性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,基于故障點與保護安裝處的序電流關(guān)系,結(jié)合風(fēng)電場側(cè)的零序阻抗特點,建立了測量電壓與故障點電壓相位關(guān)系的表達式。根據(jù)故障點電壓和整定電壓的相位特性,考慮雙饋風(fēng)電機組的頻率偏移特性,提出了直驅(qū)風(fēng)電場聯(lián)絡(luò)線單相自適應(yīng)接地距離保護方案,并對其動作性能進行了仿真驗證。大量仿真結(jié)果表明,該保護方案判別原理簡單可靠,有較強的耐受過渡電阻能力,不受風(fēng)電場側(cè)運行工況多變的影響,能夠準(zhǔn)確判別區(qū)內(nèi)及區(qū)外故障。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the impedance measurement is not accurate caused by the transient resistance, the single-phase grounding distance protection of wind farm tie-line is refused or overstepped, the characteristics of voltage phasor plane of dual-power system are analyzed. On this basis, based on the relationship between the fault point and the sequence current of the protection installation, combined with the characteristics of zero sequence impedance of the wind farm side, the expression of the phase relationship between the measurement voltage and the fault point voltage is established. According to the phase characteristics of fault point voltage and setting voltage, considering the frequency offset characteristics of doubly-fed wind turbine, a single-phase adaptive earthing distance protection scheme for tie-line of direct-drive wind farm is proposed, and its performance is verified by simulation. A large number of simulation results show that the protection scheme is simple and reliable in principle, has strong ability to withstand the transition resistance, and is not affected by the changeable operating conditions of the side of the wind farm, and can accurately distinguish the faults in and out of the area.
