基于操動機構配合公差的斷路器滅弧性能研究

【摘要】:針對操動機構配合公差對高壓斷路器滅弧室滅弧性能的影響,建立了操動機構和滅弧室聯(lián)合仿真模型.通過對比聯(lián)合仿真計算結果與工程試驗所得數(shù)據(jù),驗證了聯(lián)合仿真模型的準確性與適用性.研究結果表明:操動機構系統(tǒng)的配合公差等級與配合數(shù)量對滅弧室滅弧性能影響較大,配合公差等級對滅弧室滅弧性能的影響主要體現(xiàn)在滅弧室關鍵部位氣體壓力變化的滯后性,滯后時間最長為0.002s;考慮不同公差配合數(shù)量時,滅弧室關鍵部位氣體速度幅值變化較大;通過選擇合適的配合等級與配合數(shù)量能夠提升滅弧室滅弧性能.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the effect of operating mechanism tolerance on the performance of arc extinguishing chamber of high voltage circuit breaker, a joint simulation model of operation mechanism and interrupter is established. The accuracy and applicability of the joint simulation model are verified by comparing the results of joint simulation and engineering experiments. The results show that the degree of tolerance and the quantity of fit have a great influence on the performance of the interrupter. The effect of matching tolerance grade on the arc extinguishing performance of the interrupter is mainly reflected in the hysteresis of the gas pressure change in the key part of the interrupter, the longest lag time is 0.002 s. The gas velocity amplitude of the key part of the interrupter varies greatly, and the arc extinguishing performance of the interrupter can be improved by selecting the appropriate matching grade and the quantity of the mixture.
