【摘要】:直流母線串入直流卸荷電路(Chopper)保護(hù)是雙饋風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)(double fed induction generators,DFIG)常用的保護(hù)措施。Chopper保護(hù)動作對DFIG的暫態(tài)過程及其暫態(tài)短路電流有著重要影響,為此,該文針對Chopper啟動后的雙饋風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)暫態(tài)過程建立含Chopper保護(hù)元件的暫態(tài)等值電路,通過分析Chopper保護(hù)投入后DFIG磁鏈、電壓的變化,推導(dǎo)出DFIG三相短路電流最大值以及周期分量有效值的計(jì)算模型。最后對比PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了文中建立的三相短路電流計(jì)算模型的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Chopper protection is a common protection measure for doubly-fed wind turbine with double fed induction generators and DFIG.Chopper protection has an important effect on the transient process and transient short-circuit current of DFIG. In this paper, a transient equivalent circuit with Chopper protection element is established for the transient process of doubly-fed wind power generation system after Chopper start-up. The variation of DFIG flux and voltage after the Chopper protection is put into operation is analyzed. The calculation model of the maximum value of DFIG three-phase short-circuit current and the effective value of periodic component is derived. Finally, compared with the simulation results of PSCAD/EMTDC, the accuracy of the three-phase short-circuit current calculation model established in this paper is verified.
