提高沙河電廠廠用電電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:發(fā)電廠廠用電電能質(zhì)量關(guān)系著發(fā)電機(jī)組的安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,如何保證廠用電電能質(zhì)量在合格的范圍是發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。近幾年,越來(lái)越多的變頻裝置在發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中投入使用,這些變頻裝置不斷給發(fā)電廠廠用電系統(tǒng)注入新的諧波,使諧波污染給發(fā)電機(jī)組安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行帶來(lái)了越來(lái)越大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了提高發(fā)電廠廠用電電能質(zhì)量,保證機(jī)組的安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,本文探索使用相應(yīng)的技術(shù)改進(jìn)來(lái)提高沙河電廠對(duì)廠用電電能質(zhì)量的監(jiān)測(cè)和控制能力。作者本人根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展,結(jié)合自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),積極探索出一條提高廠用電電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)控技術(shù)的途徑。總體來(lái)說(shuō),本文主要是從諧波的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和諧波實(shí)時(shí)控制兩個(gè)方向出發(fā),對(duì)廠用電電能質(zhì)量進(jìn)行治理。諧波實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)與諧波控制技術(shù)作為電網(wǎng)諧波治理的兩個(gè)研究方向,近幾年受到越來(lái)越多研究人員的重視,市場(chǎng)上也出現(xiàn)了越來(lái)越多的工程應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品。但是具體到電廠廠用電諧波治理,這些新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用卻稍顯滯后。在我國(guó)目前火力發(fā)電廠中,關(guān)于諧波監(jiān)測(cè)和控制的技術(shù)仍停留在九十年代水平,并沒(méi)有大規(guī)模進(jìn)行技術(shù)更新。本文的目的就是探索使用這些諧波治理的最新技術(shù),來(lái)解決發(fā)電廠廠用電系統(tǒng)諧波的在線監(jiān)測(cè)與控制難題,為保證沙河電廠發(fā)電機(jī)組安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The power quality of power plant is related to the safety and economic operation of generator set. How to ensure the power quality in the qualified range is an important content in the production process of power generation enterprises. In recent years, more and more frequency conversion devices have been put into use in the production process of power generation enterprises. Harmonic pollution brings more and more challenges to the safety and economic operation of generator sets. In order to improve the power quality of the power plant and ensure the safe and economical operation of the unit, this paper explores the use of corresponding technical improvements to improve the monitoring and control ability of the power quality of the power supply in Shahe power plant. According to the development of power quality monitoring technology at home and abroad and combined with his own work experience, the author actively explored a way to improve the power quality monitoring technology of power supply. In general, this paper mainly from the harmonic real-time monitoring and harmonic real-time control two directions, the power quality of power quality treatment. Harmonic real-time monitoring technology and harmonic control technology, as two research directions of harmonic control in power network, have been paid more and more attention by researchers in recent years, and more engineering application products have appeared in the market. However, the application of these new technologies is lagging behind. In the present thermal power plants in China, the technology of harmonic monitoring and control is still at the level of 1990s, and there is no large-scale technical renewal. The purpose of this paper is to explore and use the latest technology of harmonic control to solve the problem of on-line monitoring and control of harmonics in power plant and make a positive contribution to ensure the safe and economical operation of generating units in Shahe Power Plant.
