風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組接入配電網(wǎng)對繼電保護(hù)的影響及對策

【摘要】:分布式電源作為一種新型的發(fā)電技術(shù),因?yàn)槠渚哂徐`活性、環(huán)保性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)近幾年來被不斷開發(fā)應(yīng)用,取得了較好的成績。分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)后,配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化,原來單向潮流的簡單配電網(wǎng)變成了雙向潮流的復(fù)雜配電網(wǎng)。導(dǎo)致配電網(wǎng)上原保護(hù)裝置受到影響,給配電網(wǎng)的正常運(yùn)行帶來考驗(yàn)。分布式電源并網(wǎng)后,配電網(wǎng)傳統(tǒng)的電流保護(hù)不能滿足繼電保護(hù)的要求,因此需要對原保護(hù)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),同時(shí)尋找其他更有效的保護(hù)方法。在分析分布式電源技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,建立一個(gè)含有風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的10kV配電網(wǎng)仿真模型,主要針對風(fēng)電機(jī)組并入配電網(wǎng)后,從風(fēng)機(jī)容量、接入位置和故障位置等方面研究對配電網(wǎng)保護(hù)的影響,得到結(jié)論:位于風(fēng)機(jī)下游的保護(hù),風(fēng)機(jī)會(huì)給故障點(diǎn)提供較大的短路電流,造成下游保護(hù)范圍擴(kuò)大從而失去選擇性;位于風(fēng)機(jī)上游的保護(hù),風(fēng)機(jī)會(huì)給故障點(diǎn)提供反向的短路電流,造成上游保護(hù)失去方向性。通過MATLAB仿真證實(shí)了分析結(jié)果?紤]到傳統(tǒng)保護(hù)無法適應(yīng)分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)引起的變化,對配電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行造成巨大影響,研究應(yīng)用自適應(yīng)電流保護(hù)技術(shù)。提出一個(gè)新的求解等效阻抗方法,即根據(jù)故障發(fā)生前后保護(hù)裝置測得的數(shù)據(jù),利用對稱分量法提取正序分量進(jìn)行求解,目的在于重新整定電流保護(hù)定值。研究得出自適應(yīng)電流保護(hù)性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)保護(hù),能夠滿足在風(fēng)電機(jī)組接入配電網(wǎng)的情況下,在保護(hù)范圍外可靠不動(dòng)作,保護(hù)范圍內(nèi)可靠動(dòng)作。通過MATLAB仿真證實(shí)了算法的可行性。
[Abstract]:As a new generation technology, distributed power generation (DG) has been continuously developed and applied in recent years because of its advantages of flexibility, environmental protection and economy. After the distributed generation is connected to the distribution network, the structure of the distribution network changes, and the simple distribution network of one-way power flow becomes the complex distribution network of two-way power flow. As a result, the original protection device on the distribution network is affected, which brings the test to the normal operation of the distribution network. Since the traditional current protection of distribution network can not meet the requirements of relay protection, it is necessary to improve the original protection and find other more effective protection methods. Based on the analysis of distributed power generation technology, a simulation model of 10kV distribution network with wind turbine is established. The influence of access location and fault location on the protection of distribution network is studied. The conclusions are as follows: the protection located in the lower reaches of the fan provides a large short circuit current to the fault point, which results in the extension of the downstream protection range and the loss of selectivity; In the upstream protection of the fan, the wind provides reverse short circuit current to the fault point, which causes the upstream protection to lose its directionality. The analysis results are verified by MATLAB simulation. Considering that the traditional protection can not adapt to the changes caused by the distributed power supply access to the distribution network and has a great impact on the safe operation of the distribution network, adaptive current protection technology is studied and applied. A new method to solve the equivalent impedance is proposed. According to the data measured by the protective device before and after the fault, the positive sequence component is extracted by the symmetric component method, the purpose of which is to reset the value of the current protection. It is concluded that the adaptive current protection is superior to the traditional protection and can meet the requirements of reliable operation outside the protection range and within the protection range when the wind turbine is connected to the distribution network. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.
