The floating portion of the track between the two bogies of a freight ear was modelled for the measurement of the lateral ballast resistance and the accumulated la-teral displacement at the misaligned track portion due to day and night temperature fluctuation was also measured. By computation with the test data, a table of temperature rise allowance ensuring stability of CWR track was compiled. The table will be useful for safe upkeep of CWR track in China.

    本文介紹鐵道部科學(xué)研究院鐵建所在環(huán)形試驗基地,進(jìn)行溫度力和列車動載共同作用下穩(wěn)定性試驗,這一試驗獲得了描述無縫線路產(chǎn)生“彈動”現(xiàn)象的失穩(wěn)過程特征曲線。試驗?zāi)M車輛轉(zhuǎn)向架之間軌排浮起,測定了道床橫向阻力以及軌溫晝夜變化,無縫線路在具有初始彎曲的地方所產(chǎn)生的橫向累積變形,運(yùn)用試驗資料,進(jìn)行計算,編制我國無縫線路穩(wěn)定性允許溫差表,供推廣應(yīng)用。

    Based on the analysis of the present situation of the ZQ800-1 pulsating current traction motor on SS3 electric locomotive, effective measures have been taken to improve on it according to the requirements on the new SS6 electric locomotive to increase the continuous power of the traction motor to 800 kW and the constant power speed ratio to over 1.6.     本文從分析SS3機(jī)車ZQ800-1脈流牽引電動機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),按SS6新型機(jī)車提出的增大牽引電動機(jī)持續(xù)功率至800kW和恒功率速度比在1.6以上的要求,對其采取了行之有效的改進(jìn)措施,試驗結(jié)果表明,在持續(xù)功率增加后,其溫升、換向性能、恒功率速度比和最高速時的功率利用系數(shù)等均得到了滿意的效果。
