【摘要】:XMXJ電力設(shè)備公司(下面簡(jiǎn)稱XMXJ)地處福建省廈門(mén)市,隸屬于國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司直屬XJ集團(tuán)。是2009年XJ集團(tuán)與香港聚龍電力公司按3:1的出資比例在廈門(mén)翔安區(qū)建立的合資子公司。其定位為民族大型高新技術(shù)電力制造業(yè)公司,為國(guó)家電網(wǎng)引進(jìn)外資模式管理的試點(diǎn)企業(yè)。在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的環(huán)境下,電力企業(yè)經(jīng)歷了高速發(fā)展、4萬(wàn)億投資、經(jīng)濟(jì)回落、形勢(shì)疲軟等情況。在XMXJ公司發(fā)展的前期依靠國(guó)家電網(wǎng)資源支持,外資管理模式發(fā)展方式已經(jīng)稍顯頹勢(shì),某些業(yè)務(wù)陷入瓶頸。管理者價(jià)值觀的不同,制度的摩擦等問(wèn)題甚多,導(dǎo)致公司資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率高居不下,公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。集團(tuán)及時(shí)調(diào)整舉措,分析研究原因,重新組建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì),改進(jìn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略使得XMXJ重發(fā)青春,走向正軌。本文在大量查詢文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外專(zhuān)家學(xué)者對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的理論研究。并理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,運(yùn)用PEST、波特五力模型、SWOT等戰(zhàn)略研究方法對(duì)XMXJ公司的現(xiàn)狀及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了縝密的分析,指出XMXJ公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中存在的各項(xiàng)的問(wèn)題,提出了XMXJ公司未來(lái)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)為分階段扭轉(zhuǎn)增長(zhǎng)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,采用差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略三種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。我相信這些研究成果雖然只是個(gè)人粗淺研究,不具有全面代表性。但是希望可以起到拋磚引玉的作用,在國(guó)家強(qiáng)勢(shì)崛起的今天能為占重要民生地位的國(guó)有體制電力設(shè)備企業(yè)起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:XMXJ Power equipment Company (hereinafter referred to as XMXJ) is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, directly under the State Grid Company XJ Group. In 2009, XJ Group and Hong Kong Julong Power Company set up a joint venture subsidiary in Xiamen Xiangan District at 3:1. It is a large national high-tech electric power manufacturing company and a pilot enterprise of introducing foreign capital mode management to the state grid. In the new normal environment of China's economic development, power enterprises have experienced a rapid development of 4 trillion investment, economic downturn, weak situation and so on. In the early stage of the development of XMXJ Company, depending on the State Grid resources support, the mode of development of foreign capital management mode has shown a bit of decline, and some business has fallen into a bottleneck. There are many problems such as the difference of manager's values and the friction of system, which leads to the high asset-liability ratio of the company and the new challenge to the development strategy of the company's management. Group timely adjustment measures, analysis of the reasons for the re-establishment of leadership team, improve corporate strategy to make XMXJ youth, on the right track. Based on a lot of literature, this paper analyzes the theoretical research of enterprise strategy by experts and scholars at home and abroad. With the combination of theory and practice, the present situation, internal and external environment and management data of XMXJ Company are analyzed meticulously by using pest, Porter five Force Model and SWOT, and the problems in the development strategy of XMXJ Company are pointed out. The future strategic goal of XMXJ is to reverse the growth strategy in stages and adopt three competitive strategies: differentiation competition, innovation strategy and international strategy. I believe that these research results, although only a personal superficial study, is not fully representative. But I hope it can play a role as a reference for the state-owned power equipment enterprises which occupy an important position in the people's livelihood today when the country is rising strongly.
