配用電數(shù)據(jù)分析及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:配用電系統(tǒng)存在海量、多態(tài)、異構(gòu)、高維的數(shù)據(jù)。為深入挖掘配用電數(shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值,提高電力公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平,首先針對(duì)配用電系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析現(xiàn)狀,闡述具有超越電能計(jì)量功能的智能電表對(duì)配網(wǎng)運(yùn)維和分析的重大意義,并梳理該目標(biāo)對(duì)智能電表提出的基本功能要求;然后從應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景出發(fā),介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外配用電數(shù)據(jù)在負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)、狀態(tài)估計(jì)、竊電分析、需求響應(yīng)等諸多方面的實(shí)踐;針對(duì)現(xiàn)有應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ),歸納了配用電數(shù)據(jù)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),提出下一階段國(guó)內(nèi)配用電數(shù)據(jù)分析的提升重點(diǎn);為闡述配用電數(shù)據(jù)分析的應(yīng)用,列舉了加拿大BC Hydro公司的竊電分析實(shí)例,并提出了一種適用于中國(guó)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)用化低壓戶變關(guān)系校驗(yàn)方法。最后對(duì)未來(lái)的配用電數(shù)據(jù)分析工作進(jìn)行展望,希望為我國(guó)在此方面工作的深入開(kāi)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:There are massive, polymorphic, heterogeneous and high dimensional data in power distribution system. In order to deeply excavate the value of distribution data and improve the level of operation management of power companies, firstly, according to the current situation of data analysis of distribution system, the significance of intelligent ammeter with beyond the function of energy metering to distribution network operation and analysis is expounded. The basic functional requirements of the target for intelligent ammeter are summarized, and then the practice of domestic and foreign distribution data in load forecasting, state estimation, power theft analysis, demand response and so on is introduced from the application scene. In view of the existing application foundation, the challenge and development trend of distribution data are summarized, and combined with the domestic data basis, the key points of data analysis in the next stage are put forward in order to expound the application of distribution data analysis. An example of electricity theft analysis of BC Hydro Company in Canada is presented, and a practical method for checking the relationship of low voltage household transformer is put forward, which is suitable for the present situation of Chinese industry. Finally, the future data analysis of distribution power consumption is prospected, hoping to provide a reference for the further development of this work in our country.
