【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代的不斷進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國的電力工業(yè)也在發(fā)生著深刻的變化。在電網(wǎng)基建施工工程規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)展的變化過程中,對(duì)于施工安全方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理也越來越重要�；ㄊ┕ろ�(xiàng)目全壽命周期中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有客觀性、伴隨性,因此在電網(wǎng)基建施工項(xiàng)目中,某一處的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)一旦爆發(fā),可能會(huì)引起復(fù)雜而巨大的連鎖反應(yīng),給電網(wǎng)企業(yè)帶來不可估量的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。如果能對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行合理評(píng)價(jià)并能做到提前預(yù)警和及時(shí)預(yù)防,就可以避免企業(yè)遭受較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本文在認(rèn)真分析電網(wǎng)基建施工項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理需求的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的知識(shí),適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于B/S模式的電網(wǎng)基建施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)與預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。主要功能是建立電網(wǎng)基建施工項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警。本文根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)電網(wǎng)施工項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和需求,提出了系統(tǒng)的總體目標(biāo)。電網(wǎng)基建施工安全評(píng)價(jià)及預(yù)警系統(tǒng)采用的是.NET開發(fā)環(huán)境,從系統(tǒng)需求方面的分析、總體方面的設(shè)計(jì),到詳細(xì)方面的設(shè)計(jì),最終到系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)及維護(hù)方面進(jìn)行了分析。在對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,本系統(tǒng)選擇了關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫;并且設(shè)計(jì)了ADO.NET Entity Framework作為訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫的渠道;系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)界面設(shè)計(jì)上,為了提高界面的美觀性,本系統(tǒng)使用了jQuery EasyUI技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of the times and the development of economy, the electric power industry of our country is also undergoing profound changes. The risk management for construction safety is becoming more and more important in the process of expanding the scale of power grid infrastructure construction project. The risk in the whole life cycle of the capital construction project is objective and accompanying. Therefore, once the risk of a certain place breaks out, it may cause a complex and huge chain reaction in the power network construction project. It brings incalculable economic losses to power grid enterprises. If the risk can be evaluated reasonably and can be forewarned and prevented in time, enterprises can be avoided from large economic losses. On the basis of analyzing the demand for risk management of power network infrastructure construction project, combining the knowledge of information system development and adapting to the requirements of network times, this paper realizes the security risk evaluation and early warning system of power grid infrastructure construction based on B / S model. The main function of this paper is to establish the risk index system of the power grid capital construction project and carry on the risk evaluation and risk early warning to the project. According to the current situation and demand of risk management in domestic power grid construction project, the overall goal of the system is put forward in this paper. The safety evaluation and early warning system of power network infrastructure construction is based on .NET development environment. It analyzes the system requirements, the overall design, the detailed design, and finally, the realization and maintenance of the system. In the process of designing the database, the system chooses the relational database, and designs the ADO.NET Entity Framework as the channel to access the database. In the design of the system interface, in order to improve the beauty of the interface, This system uses jQuery EasyUI technology.
