Terfenol-D懸臂梁驅(qū)動(dòng)慣性沖擊電機(jī)模型及運(yùn)動(dòng)性能

【摘要】:提出了一種新式的無(wú)纜驅(qū)動(dòng)磁致伸縮慣性沖擊電機(jī),該電機(jī)以Terfenol-D懸臂梁作為驅(qū)動(dòng)元件,能實(shí)現(xiàn)較低驅(qū)動(dòng)磁場(chǎng)下的步進(jìn)動(dòng)作。此外,對(duì)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理進(jìn)行了分析,并根據(jù)電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)建立了動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了所提出的模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,電機(jī)的工作頻率為5~45 Hz,最小步長(zhǎng)為0.38μm,電機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度較高,且實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)纜驅(qū)動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:A new type of non-cable driven magnetostrictive inertial impulse motor is proposed in this paper. The Terfenol-D cantilever beam is used as the driving element to realize the step action in the lower driving magnetic field. In addition, the structure and working principle of the motor are analyzed, and the dynamic model is established according to the structure of the motor. Finally, the proposed model is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the operating frequency of the motor is 545 Hz, the minimum step length is 0.38 渭 m, the motor motion accuracy is high, and the cable free drive is realized.
