基于容量增量分析的復合材料鋰電池分區(qū)間循環(huán)衰退機理

【摘要】:以35A·h三元錳酸鋰復合材料鋰電池為研究對象,探索分析鋰電池分區(qū)間循環(huán)衰退機理;谌萘吭隽壳峰值分布,將荷電狀態(tài)(SOC)區(qū)間劃分為0%~20%、20%~60%、60%~100%及0%~100%四個區(qū)間,分別在各區(qū)間進行衰退老化實驗。為保證電池各循環(huán)區(qū)間的容量吞吐量一致,以全區(qū)間為基準,在40℃下以2C電流共進行600次充放電循環(huán)實驗。從起始點開始以100個循環(huán)為間隔,在室溫條件下采用C/20電流進行容量增量分析(ICA)性能測試實驗,分析不同SOC區(qū)間電池的衰退機理。結果表明:電池在SOC全區(qū)間使用時衰退最快,在低端區(qū)間使用時衰退較慢;在中低區(qū)間的性能衰退主要是由活性鋰離子的損失造成的,而在SOC高端區(qū)間還包括活性材料的損失和動力學衰退。本文得到的結論為電池的改進設計及使用區(qū)間的選取提供了理論依據。
[Abstract]:Taking lithium battery of lithium manganate composite material of 35A h three as the research object, the mechanism of recirculation between zoning lithium batteries is explored and analyzed. Based on the peak distribution of capacity increment curve, the state of charge state (SOC) is divided into four intervals, such as 0%~20%, 20%~60%, 60%~100% and 0%~100%, respectively. The capacity and throughput of the room is consistent, taking the whole interval as the benchmark and taking 600 charge and discharge cycles at the 2C current at 40 C. From the starting point, the capacity increment analysis (ICA) test is carried out with the C/20 current at room temperature, and the decline mechanism of the battery in the different SOC interval is analyzed. The results show that the battery is in the process. The decline of SOC is the fastest when used in the whole area, and the decline is slower in the low end interval; the performance decline in the middle and low interval is mainly caused by the loss of active lithium ion, but the loss of active material and the decline of dynamics are also included in the high end of the SOC. The conclusion of this paper provides the reason for the improvement of the battery design and the selection of the use interval. On the basis.
