風(fēng)電場限功率狀態(tài)下電網(wǎng)旋轉(zhuǎn)備用優(yōu)化分配

【摘要】:并網(wǎng)風(fēng)電場參與電網(wǎng)調(diào)頻且主動(dòng)提供旋轉(zhuǎn)備用是高滲透率電網(wǎng)的客觀需求,而風(fēng)電場限功率運(yùn)行是風(fēng)電參與調(diào)頻的必要條件。定量分析了風(fēng)電場限功率運(yùn)行對二次調(diào)頻指標(biāo)及風(fēng)電極限穿透功率的影響,認(rèn)為風(fēng)電場限功率運(yùn)行能從調(diào)頻備用容量以及調(diào)頻速度兩個(gè)方面減輕同步發(fā)電機(jī)的調(diào)頻壓力,同時(shí)增加了電網(wǎng)中風(fēng)電的極限穿透功率。為研究風(fēng)電場限功率運(yùn)行下的二次旋轉(zhuǎn)備用分配問題,建立了電網(wǎng)備用優(yōu)化模型并構(gòu)建了包含等值同步發(fā)電機(jī)及風(fēng)機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)等值模型,通過MATLAB/Simulink進(jìn)行求解及仿真,優(yōu)化及動(dòng)態(tài)仿真結(jié)果均表明風(fēng)電場處于限功率狀態(tài)有利于增加電網(wǎng)頻率穩(wěn)定性并減少旋轉(zhuǎn)備用。
[Abstract]:It is the objective demand of high permeability power grid that wind farm participate in frequency modulation and provide rotation reserve actively, and the limited power operation of wind farm is the necessary condition for wind power to participate in frequency modulation. The influence of limited power operation of wind farm on the secondary frequency modulation index and wind power limit penetration power is quantitatively analyzed. It is considered that the limited power operation of wind farm can reduce the frequency modulation pressure of synchronous generator from two aspects of frequency modulation reserve capacity and frequency modulation speed. At the same time, the limit penetration power of wind power in power grid is increased. In order to study the secondary rotation standby allocation problem under the limited power operation of wind farm, the optimization model of power grid reserve is established and the dynamic equivalent model including equivalent synchronous generator and fan is constructed. The model is solved and simulated by MATLAB/Simulink. The results of optimization and dynamic simulation show that the limited power state of the wind farm is beneficial to increase the frequency stability of the power grid and reduce the rotation reserve.
