計及系統(tǒng)動態(tài)可靠性評估的光伏電站儲能經(jīng)濟配置

【摘要】:隨著光伏滲透率的增加,光伏間歇性對系統(tǒng)運行的影響不可忽視,有必要配置儲能系統(tǒng)降低光照強度變化對系統(tǒng)頻率影響,使系統(tǒng)獲得更大的經(jīng)濟收益。建立動態(tài)可靠性評估模型,根據(jù)動態(tài)可靠性指標分析儲能接入的成本與收益,確定光伏電站配置的儲能系統(tǒng)。首先,將一次調(diào)頻控制、二次調(diào)頻控制與可靠性評估相結(jié)合,建立電池儲能與發(fā)電機協(xié)調(diào)頻率控制的動態(tài)可靠性評估模型和動態(tài)可靠性評估指標。再次,根據(jù)動態(tài)可靠性指標評估不同容量及功率的儲能裝置接入系統(tǒng)的成本與收益,以最大經(jīng)濟效益為目標配置儲能系統(tǒng)。最后,利用所提儲能系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟配置方法,分析山西大同100MW光伏電站需要接入的儲能容量及充放電功率。
[Abstract]:With the increase of photovoltaic permeability, the influence of photovoltaic intermittency on system operation can not be ignored. It is necessary to configure energy storage system to reduce the influence of light intensity change on system frequency, so that the system can obtain more economic benefits. The dynamic reliability evaluation model is established. According to the dynamic reliability index, the cost and benefit of energy storage access are analyzed, and the energy storage system of photovoltaic power station is determined. Firstly, the dynamic reliability evaluation model and dynamic reliability evaluation index of coordinated frequency control of battery energy storage and generator are established by combining primary frequency modulation control, secondary frequency modulation control and reliability evaluation. Thirdly, according to the dynamic reliability index, the cost and benefit of the energy storage device access system with different capacity and power are evaluated, and the maximum economic benefit is taken as the goal to configure the energy storage system. Finally, the energy storage capacity and charge / discharge power of Datong 100MW photovoltaic power station in Shanxi Province are analyzed by using the proposed energy storage system economic allocation method.
