【摘要】:為了比較不同拓?fù)浼捌湔{(diào)制策略下三相Buck變換器的綜合性能,評(píng)估其在不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的適用性,文章綜合比較評(píng)了2種常見(jiàn)的三相Buck型變換器(6開(kāi)關(guān)Buck整流器和SWISS整流器)在空間矢量調(diào)制和載波調(diào)制下的性能,具體包括功率損耗、效率、輸入電流質(zhì)量、共模特性、無(wú)功補(bǔ)償能力以及功率半導(dǎo)體器件等。通過(guò)這種比較評(píng)估,從系統(tǒng)層面上揭示了上述兩種整流器拓?fù)涞男阅?為實(shí)際應(yīng)用中拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和調(diào)制策略的選擇提供了一定的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the comprehensive performance of three-phase Buck converters with different topologies and modulation strategies, and evaluate their applicability in different application fields, In this paper, the performances of two kinds of three-phase Buck converters, such as power loss, efficiency, input current quality and common-mode characteristics, are comprehensively evaluated under space vector modulation and carrier modulation. Reactive power compensation and power semiconductor devices. Through this comparative evaluation, the performance of the two rectifier topologies is revealed from the system level, which provides a certain basis for the selection of topology structure and modulation strategy in practical applications.
