新型高電壓電解液用于鋰電池的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)碳酸酯電解液在高壓條件下會(huì)持續(xù)氧化分解,嚴(yán)重制約了高壓鋰電池的發(fā)展,因此需要結(jié)合綠色、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等因素,設(shè)計(jì)、合成并篩選新型的高壓電解液。本文介紹了傳統(tǒng)碳酸酯電解液的現(xiàn)狀以及在高壓條件下被氧化的主要因素,綜述了新型碳酸酯類、腈類、砜類以及離子液體類等高壓電解液的研究進(jìn)展。闡述了電解液高壓條件下的作用效果及機(jī)理,為改善電解液穩(wěn)定性、降低粘度、提高電導(dǎo)率及安全性能等方面的研究提出方向,為實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓電解液的工業(yè)化奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Traditional carbonate electrolyte will be continuously oxidized and decomposed under high pressure, which seriously restricts the development of high-voltage lithium battery. Therefore, it is necessary to design, synthesize and screen new high-voltage electrolyte combining green, safety and economic benefits. This paper introduces the present situation of traditional carbonate electrolyte and the main factors of oxidation under high pressure, and summarizes the research progress of new carbonates, nitriles, sulfones and ionic liquids. The effect and mechanism of electrolyte under high pressure conditions are expounded. The research direction of improving electrolyte stability, reducing viscosity, increasing electrical conductivity and safety performance is put forward, which lays a foundation for realizing industrialization of high voltage electrolyte.
