基于回復(fù)電壓法的變壓器絕緣紙水分及絕緣狀態(tài)研究

【摘要】:變壓器絕緣紙中水分會加速油紙絕緣的老化,縮短變壓器壽命,因此,準(zhǔn)確診斷變壓器絕緣紙老化狀態(tài)以及水分含量對變壓器安全運行具有重要意義。文中通過測試分析不同水分、不同聚合度的絕緣油紙回復(fù)電壓曲線,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)絕緣紙?zhí)幱诘退趾繝顟B(tài)(0.5%≤Mp3%)時,回復(fù)電壓參數(shù)隨水分含量改變變化較快,當(dāng)絕緣紙?zhí)幱诟咚趾繝顟B(tài)(3%≤Mp≤5%)時,回復(fù)電壓4個參數(shù)值基本保持穩(wěn)定。回復(fù)電壓最大值、初始斜率隨絕緣紙水分含量呈負(fù)指數(shù)規(guī)律增長,而中心時間常數(shù)和回復(fù)電壓半衰期呈負(fù)指數(shù)規(guī)律減小,4個參數(shù)隨水分改變的變化幅度均隨絕緣紙聚合度線性變化,通過數(shù)據(jù)擬合得到回復(fù)電壓特征參量與絕緣紙聚合度、水分含量的表達(dá)式。回復(fù)電壓半衰期與絕緣紙水分含量及老化狀態(tài)關(guān)系密切,能作為反映固體絕緣紙微水含量和聚合度的有效特征參量。
