【摘要】:結(jié)合中國電網(wǎng)交直流混聯(lián)、電力電子化、清潔能源接入等發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),分析了現(xiàn)代復(fù)雜電網(wǎng)故障特性發(fā)生的改變,提出了當(dāng)前繼電保護(hù)技術(shù)面臨的形勢(shì)與挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)了繼電保護(hù)技術(shù)發(fā)展需要堅(jiān)持的原則,探討了"即插即用的就地化保護(hù)"、"優(yōu)化配置的后備保護(hù)"、"智能化運(yùn)維體系"、"三大繼電保護(hù)技術(shù)支撐平臺(tái)"、"直流控制保護(hù)"、"繼電保護(hù)前瞻性技術(shù)"等重點(diǎn)發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Combined with the development situation of AC / DC hybrid, electronization and clean energy access of China's power grid, this paper analyzes the change of fault characteristics of modern complex power grid, and puts forward the situation and challenges of the current relay protection technology. The principles that need to be adhered to in the development of relay protection technology are summarized. This paper discusses the development direction of "local protection of plug and play", "backup protection of optimal configuration", "intelligent operation and maintenance system", "three major relay protection technical support platforms", "DC control protection", "forward looking technology of relay protection" and so on.
