布雷頓循環(huán)發(fā)電裝置高效燃燒室嵌入式監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:高效燃燒室是布雷頓循環(huán)閉式燃氣輪機發(fā)電裝置的熱源部分。研究該燃燒室監(jiān)控裝置的目的:一是對高效燃燒室運行狀態(tài)的控制規(guī)律進行研究;二是為研究整個布雷頓循環(huán)發(fā)電裝置監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建立基礎(chǔ)。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用嵌入式控制的設(shè)計方案,系統(tǒng)具有體積小、重量輕等特點。研究內(nèi)容包括:高效燃燒室監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計;以嵌入式FPGA控制器為核心搭建硬件平臺,并設(shè)計了包括4-20mA信號處理電路、溫度信號處理電路、脈沖信號處理電路和開關(guān)量信號處理電路等;FPGA控制器的軟件采用LabVIEW語言進行開發(fā),包括了數(shù)據(jù)采集和實時控制程序的設(shè)計,并同時采用Lab VIEW對上位機軟件進行設(shè)計。研究成果包括一套以嵌入式控制器為核心的監(jiān)控裝置硬件設(shè)備,一套高效燃燒室系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控軟件和一套上位機監(jiān)測軟件。最后進行了高效燃燒室監(jiān)控裝置的配機試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)具有良好的控制效果,能確保高效燃燒室正常工作并滿足其性能要求。
[Abstract]:The efficient combustion chamber is the heat source of the closed gas turbine. The purpose of the research is as follows: first, the control law of the high efficiency combustor is studied, and the second is the foundation for the study of the monitoring system of the whole Brayton cycle power plant. The monitoring system adopts the design of embedded control. The system has the characteristics of small volume and light weight. The research contents include: the overall design of high-efficiency combustion chamber monitoring system, the hardware platform based on embedded FPGA controller, and the design of 4-20mA signal processing circuit, temperature signal processing circuit, The software of pulse signal processing circuit and switch signal processing circuit is developed by LabVIEW language, including the design of data acquisition and real-time control program. At the same time, the software of upper computer is designed by Lab VIEW. The research results include a set of hardware equipment with embedded controller as the core, a set of high-efficiency combustion chamber system monitoring software and a set of host computer monitoring software. Finally, the matching test of high efficiency combustion chamber monitoring device is carried out. The experimental results show that the monitoring system has good control effect and can ensure the high efficiency combustor to work normally and meet its performance requirements.
