配電變壓器在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:配電變壓器將高電壓降低為用戶可直接使用的電壓等級,是電力用戶最直接的上級變壓器,由于其具有分布范圍廣、地理位置分散、數(shù)量眾多的特點,導(dǎo)致了運行人員無法便捷地對轄區(qū)內(nèi)大量配電變壓器的實時運行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了解,主要依靠運維人員對變壓器運行數(shù)據(jù)的人工記錄。配電變壓器的檢修方式以人工巡檢為主,由于無法對設(shè)備的運行工況充分掌握,存在信息獲取落后的缺點,無法適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代智能電網(wǎng)的要求。因此,迫切需要建立一套既可以精確采集運行狀況又具備較高智能化程度的配電變壓器在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)以保障配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全穩(wěn)定運行,提高電力用戶的用電滿意度。配電變壓器在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)主要通過實時采集配電變壓器的運行參數(shù)不僅滿足了運行人員對配電變壓器狀態(tài)的了解需求,有效解決了配電變壓器故障發(fā)現(xiàn)不及時的不足,還可以通過更為科學(xué)合理的運行參數(shù)統(tǒng)計分析更有效合理地使用采集到的數(shù)據(jù),將其應(yīng)用于指導(dǎo)檢修操作,有效降低運行維護(hù)人員的工作量提高了人員的工作效率,并提高了配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行可靠性。本文主要包括以下4個部分內(nèi)容:(1)結(jié)合農(nóng)網(wǎng)配電變壓器的工作原理及特點,提出一套低功耗且支持多種擴(kuò)展功能的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),主要包括監(jiān)測終端,傳輸通道以及人機(jī)交互界面。(2)市場上大部分的監(jiān)測終端采用單片機(jī)作為處理器,近年來,隨著DSP性能大幅度的提高而其價格卻明顯下降,在電力系統(tǒng)上得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文采用DSP作為監(jiān)測終端的處理器,提高了運算能力和控制能力。(3)鑒于配電變壓器分布廣且數(shù)量多,不適合采用有線通訊的手段,因此本系統(tǒng)通過無線GPRS將采集裝置的實時運行數(shù)據(jù)上傳至在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。(4)通過測試系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)實時采集、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)存儲等功能證明本系統(tǒng)具有較高的數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸準(zhǔn)確性與人機(jī)交互能力。
[Abstract]:The distribution transformer reduces the high voltage to the voltage grade which can be used directly by the user. It is the most direct superior transformer for the power users. Because of its wide distribution range, scattered geographical location and numerous quantity, the distribution transformer has the following advantages: 1. As a result, the operators can not easily understand the real-time operation status of a large number of distribution transformers in the area, and mainly rely on manual records of transformer operation data by operation and maintenance personnel. The maintenance mode of distribution transformer is mainly manual inspection. Because it can not fully grasp the operating conditions of the equipment and has the shortcoming of backward information acquisition, it can not adapt to the requirements of modern smart grid. Therefore, it is urgent to set up an on-line monitoring system for distribution transformers, which can accurately collect the operation status and has a higher degree of intelligence, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the distribution network, and to improve the power users' satisfaction with the use of electricity. The on-line monitoring system of distribution transformer mainly collects the operation parameters of distribution transformer in real time. It not only meets the needs of the operators to understand the status of distribution transformer, but also effectively solves the shortage of fault finding of distribution transformer. We can also use the collected data more effectively and reasonably through more scientific and reasonable statistical analysis of operation parameters, and apply it to guide maintenance operation, and effectively reduce the workload of operation and maintenance personnel and improve their working efficiency. The reliability of distribution network is improved. This paper mainly includes the following four parts: 1) combining with the working principle and characteristics of distribution transformer in rural power network, a low power consumption and multi-function on-line monitoring system for distribution network is proposed, which mainly includes monitoring terminal. In recent years, the performance of DSP has been greatly improved but its price has declined obviously, so it has been widely used in power system. In this paper, DSP is used as the processor of the monitoring terminal, which improves the operation ability and control ability. (3) in view of the wide distribution and large quantity of distribution transformers, it is not suitable to adopt the means of wired communication. Therefore, this system uploads the real-time running data of the acquisition device to the on-line monitoring system. 4. Through the wireless GPRS, the system collects the data in real time through the test system, and statistics the data. Data storage and other functions prove that the system has high accuracy of data acquisition and transmission and human-computer interaction.
