【摘要】:隨著全球范圍內(nèi)化石能源儲(chǔ)備不斷下降,環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,利用可再生能源的分布式發(fā)電作為一種清潔的產(chǎn)能方式,逐漸成為應(yīng)對(duì)上述問(wèn)題的重要手段而受到廣泛關(guān)注。微網(wǎng)是承載分布式發(fā)電接入配電網(wǎng)的有效載體,隨著分布式電源在區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)中的滲透率迅速提升,研究配電網(wǎng)與微網(wǎng)的協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化調(diào)度以實(shí)現(xiàn)可再生能源發(fā)電的消納、降低分布式發(fā)電對(duì)配電網(wǎng)的負(fù)面影響、提升電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性等成為研究熱點(diǎn)。本文首先對(duì)分布式電源和微網(wǎng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行探討,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外微網(wǎng)的發(fā)展情況,分析了微網(wǎng)和主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)在優(yōu)化調(diào)度方面的研究進(jìn)展,結(jié)合實(shí)際背景闡述了本文的研究意義。其次,分析了配電網(wǎng)傳統(tǒng)電力調(diào)度方式在高比例分布式電源并網(wǎng)的場(chǎng)景下存在的缺陷和不足,將微網(wǎng)協(xié)調(diào)控制策略的分層控制與能量管理相結(jié)合,提出由配電網(wǎng)調(diào)度層、微網(wǎng)集中控制層和就地控制層組成的配電網(wǎng)與微網(wǎng)三層協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度架構(gòu)。然后,對(duì)基于模型預(yù)測(cè)控制的微網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度優(yōu)化調(diào)度進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)分析微網(wǎng)中各分布式電源和儲(chǔ)能的運(yùn)行特性,建立其成本模型;在日前調(diào)度階段,以由微網(wǎng)運(yùn)維成本、環(huán)境治理成本和燃料成本的構(gòu)成綜合運(yùn)行成本最低為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的遺傳算法求解微網(wǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行方案;日內(nèi)優(yōu)化階段,提出了基于線性狀態(tài)空間模型預(yù)測(cè)控制算法的微網(wǎng)多時(shí)間尺度滾動(dòng)優(yōu)化策略,修正了微網(wǎng)內(nèi)可調(diào)度單元的日內(nèi)短時(shí)間尺度的運(yùn)行計(jì)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)了微網(wǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)線功率的平穩(wěn)跟蹤。最后,根據(jù)本文提出的配電網(wǎng)與微網(wǎng)的三層協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度架構(gòu),對(duì)配電網(wǎng)與微網(wǎng)的協(xié)調(diào)調(diào)度展開(kāi)研究。分析了分布式電源接入對(duì)配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)損和節(jié)點(diǎn)電壓的影響,以配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行網(wǎng)損最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),考慮分布式發(fā)電就地消納、電壓安全、集中式儲(chǔ)能等運(yùn)行約束,利用改進(jìn)的支路電流前推回代法和遺傳算法對(duì)模型求解,完成對(duì)配電網(wǎng)層的優(yōu)化調(diào)度,確定微網(wǎng)的日前運(yùn)行計(jì)劃。利用仿真算例進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the decrease of fossil energy reserves in the world, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. As a kind of clean production capacity, distributed power generation using renewable energy has gradually become an important means to deal with these problems. Microgrid is an effective carrier for carrying distributed generation to the distribution network. With the permeability of distributed generation in regional distribution network increasing rapidly, the coordinated optimal dispatching between distribution network and microgrid is studied to realize the absorption of renewable energy generation. Reducing the negative impact of distributed generation on distribution network and improving the economic performance of power grid become the research focus. In this paper, the development of distributed power generation and microgrid is discussed, the development of microgrid at home and abroad is summarized, the research progress of microgrid and active distribution network in optimal dispatching is analyzed, and the significance of this paper is expounded in combination with the actual background. Secondly, this paper analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the traditional power dispatching mode of distribution network under the scenario of high proportion of distributed generation connected to the grid, and combines the hierarchical control of micro-grid coordination control strategy with energy management, and proposes the dispatching layer of distribution network. A three-layer coordinated dispatching architecture of distribution network and micro-grid composed of centralized control layer and local control layer. Then, the multi-time scale optimal scheduling of microgrid based on model predictive control is studied. By analyzing the operating characteristics of each distributed power source and energy storage in microgrid, the cost model is established, and in the pre-day scheduling stage, the minimum integrated operating cost is considered as the composition of operation and maintenance cost, environmental treatment cost and fuel cost. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the economic optimization scheme of microgrid, and in the in-day optimization stage, a multi-time rolling optimization strategy based on linear state space model predictive control algorithm is proposed. The operation plan of the scheduling unit in the microgrid on a short time scale is corrected, and the steady tracking of the tie-line power of the microgrid is realized. Finally, according to the three-layer coordinated dispatching architecture of distribution network and microgrid, the coordinated dispatching between distribution network and micro-network is studied. The influence of distributed generation access on distribution network loss and node voltage is analyzed. The minimum network loss of distribution network is considered as the optimization objective, and the operational constraints such as local absorption of distributed generation, voltage security and centralized energy storage are considered. The improved branch current forward and back substitution method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model to complete the optimal dispatching of the distribution network layer and to determine the daily operation plan of the microgrid. The effectiveness of the method is verified by a simulation example.
