兩支路冷儲備自動循環(huán)調(diào)配系統(tǒng)的維修性研究

【摘要】:自動循環(huán)調(diào)配系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于空調(diào)、太陽能照明等產(chǎn)品的工作狀態(tài)切換,為了掌握其維修性對產(chǎn)品維修性和可靠性的影響方式與程度,研究了帶一個修理工的兩支路冷儲備自動循環(huán)調(diào)配系統(tǒng)的維修性問題,指出串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)模型的假設(shè)在該類系統(tǒng)維修性估計中存在的問題或不足,根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)故障立即導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)故障和僅在開關(guān)進行系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)切換時才導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)故障的兩種不同影響模式,應(yīng)用Markov理論分別導(dǎo)出系統(tǒng)故障壽命和維修時間均服從指數(shù)分布的穩(wěn)態(tài)系統(tǒng)可用度、故障率、平均無故障工作時間和平均維修時間的表達式。將研究成果應(yīng)用于某型號掛壁式空調(diào)的維修性估計中,驗證了方法的正確性。
[Abstract]:The automatic circulation distribution system is widely used in the switching of the working state of air conditioning, solar lighting and other products. In order to understand the way and degree of its maintainability to the maintainability and reliability of the product, In this paper, the maintainability of two branch cold reserve automatic cycle allocation system with a repairman is studied, and the problems or shortcomings of the hypothesis of series system model in the maintainability estimation of this kind of system are pointed out. According to the two different modes of influence, the switching switch fault causes the system failure immediately and only when the switch switches the system working state. By using Markov theory, the expressions of system availability, failure rate, average failure free working time and average maintenance time are derived from the exponential distribution of system failure life and maintenance time. The research results are applied to the maintainability estimation of a certain type of hanging air conditioning system, and the correctness of the method is verified.
