考慮機(jī)組優(yōu)化選取的含風(fēng)電電網(wǎng)滾動優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法

【摘要】:提出一種包含調(diào)整機(jī)組優(yōu)化選取策略的滾動優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法。根據(jù)負(fù)荷及風(fēng)電超短期預(yù)測信息,首先考慮等效負(fù)荷(負(fù)荷+風(fēng)電)預(yù)測偏差和機(jī)組調(diào)節(jié)容量匹配、機(jī)組爬坡量和等效負(fù)荷波動量匹配,以及減少外送斷面越限原則進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)組優(yōu)化選取。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以機(jī)組調(diào)整成本及棄風(fēng)量最小為目標(biāo),建立優(yōu)化模型并采用改進(jìn)粒子群優(yōu)化算法求解。實(shí)際算例表明,考慮機(jī)組優(yōu)化選取的滾動優(yōu)化調(diào)度實(shí)現(xiàn)了超短期時(shí)間尺度上對負(fù)荷及風(fēng)電預(yù)測偏差的自動跟蹤調(diào)節(jié),提高了發(fā)電計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性,同時(shí)有效降低了綜合發(fā)電成本和外送斷面功率越限的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高了電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a rolling optimal scheduling method which includes the optimal selection strategy for adjusting units. According to the ultra-short-term forecasting information of load and wind power, the matching of forecasting deviation of equivalent load (load wind power) and unit regulating capacity, the matching of unit climbing and equivalent load fluctuation are first considered. And the principle of reducing the outputting cross section to optimize the selection of regulating units. On this basis, the optimization model is established and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. A practical example shows that the rolling optimal scheduling considering the optimal selection of generating units realizes the automatic tracking and adjusting of load and wind power forecasting deviation on the ultra short term time scale, and improves the accuracy of power generation plan. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the risk of comprehensive generation cost and outputting cross section power, and improve the economy and security of power grid operation.
