基于憶阻器的新型四階混沌電路的設(shè)計、分析與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:1971年,美國加州大學(xué)的蔡少棠教授根據(jù)電路元件的完備性原理,預(yù)測了憶阻器的存在。直到2008年,HP實(shí)驗室用納米材料研制出實(shí)物憶阻器,開始引起國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。憶阻器具有非線性特性,很容易產(chǎn)生混沌振蕩信號,因此成為設(shè)計混沌電路中一個新興電路元件,利用憶阻器設(shè)計混沌電路是一個熱門研究方向,憶阻混沌電路與傳統(tǒng)混沌電路相比,其動力學(xué)特性不僅依賴于電路參數(shù)的變化,還依賴于憶阻器初始值的設(shè)定。目前研究較多的是基于蔡氏(Chua)電路的憶阻混沌電路的設(shè)計;趯煦缋碚、憶阻器理論、經(jīng)典混沌電路、憶阻混沌電路的分析及實(shí)現(xiàn)的認(rèn)識,本文設(shè)計了兩個新型憶阻混沌電路,并對其進(jìn)行動力學(xué)分析及實(shí)現(xiàn)。具體的研究步驟如下:1.首先介紹混沌概念、混沌基本特征及其非線性動力學(xué)分析方法等理論,通過MATLAB編程仿真的數(shù)值分析方法包括:Lyapunov指數(shù)法、平衡點(diǎn)及穩(wěn)定性分析、相軌圖、分岔圖、龐加萊映射及功率譜分析等方法。簡單闡述了混沌電路中經(jīng)常用到的基本運(yùn)算單元電路,并介紹三類經(jīng)典的混沌系統(tǒng)——Lorenz混沌系統(tǒng)、蔡氏(Chua)混沌電路及蔡氏對偶電路。2.簡單介紹憶阻器與憶阻混沌電路,闡述憶阻器的概念,分析憶阻器的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并設(shè)計電路實(shí)現(xiàn)憶阻器,對兩個基于憶阻器的混沌電路進(jìn)行研究,系統(tǒng)闡述了憶阻混沌電路的分析方法。3.設(shè)計兩個新型憶阻混沌電路——基于Lorenz系統(tǒng)的憶阻混沌電路,針對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動力學(xué)分析,驗證其復(fù)雜的動力學(xué)現(xiàn)象;基于Chua對偶電路的四階憶阻混沌電路,對該電路依賴于參數(shù)和初始條件的動力學(xué)行為分別進(jìn)行研究,用Multisim進(jìn)行模擬電路設(shè)計,并用實(shí)際電路進(jìn)行硬件實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)驗結(jié)果驗證了理論結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:In 1971, Professor Choi Shao-tong of the University of California predicted the existence of resistive devices according to the principle of completeness of circuit components. It was not until 2008 that physical amnesizer was developed by HP laboratory with nanometer materials, which has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. Because of the nonlinear characteristics of the device, it is easy to produce chaotic oscillation signal, so it becomes a new circuit element in the design of chaotic circuit. It is a hot research direction to design chaotic circuit by using the resistor. Compared with the traditional chaotic circuit, the dynamic characteristics of the circuit depend not only on the variation of circuit parameters, but also on the setting of the initial value of the resistor. At present, much research is done on the design of amnesia chaotic circuit based on Chua's Chua circuit. Based on the analysis and realization of chaos theory, amnesia theory, classical chaotic circuit and amnesia chaotic circuit, two new amnesia chaotic circuits are designed, and their dynamics analysis and implementation are carried out. The specific research steps are as follows: 1: 1. Firstly, the concept of chaos, the basic characteristics of chaos and the nonlinear dynamic analysis methods are introduced. The numerical analysis methods of MATLAB programming simulation include the method of: Lyapunov exponent, equilibrium point and stability analysis, phase orbit diagram, bifurcation diagram, and so on. Poincare mapping and power spectrum analysis. In this paper, the basic operation unit circuits often used in chaotic circuits are briefly described, and three classical chaotic systems, Lorenz chaotic system, Chua's Chua chaotic circuit and Chua's dual circuit .2. are introduced. This paper briefly introduces the amnesia and its chaotic circuit, expounds the concept of the memristor, analyzes the mathematical model of the memristor, and designs the circuit to realize the circuit. Two chaotic circuits based on the memristor are studied. The analysis method of amnesia chaotic circuit. 3. Two new amnesia chaotic circuits, which are based on the Lorenz system, are designed to analyze the dynamics of the system to verify its complex dynamic phenomena, and the fourth order amnesia chaotic circuit based on the dual circuit of Chua is designed. The dynamic behavior of the circuit which depends on the parameters and initial conditions is studied respectively. The analog circuit is designed by Multisim and the hardware is implemented by the actual circuit. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical results.
