基于狀態(tài)信息關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的智能變電站繼電保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)方法

【摘要】:智能變電站技術(shù)的推廣為繼電保護(hù)的運(yùn)維提供了新的思路和技術(shù)手段。基于狀態(tài)信息的在線監(jiān)測(cè)將有利于提高智能變電站繼電保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的可靠性,減少運(yùn)維的工作量。從智能變電站繼電保護(hù)組成的角度出發(fā)梳理了繼電保護(hù)的狀態(tài)信息,分析了狀態(tài)信息之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,通過(guò)對(duì)繼電保護(hù)實(shí)時(shí)采集和上傳的狀態(tài)信息增加邏輯運(yùn)算和判斷比較,提出了基于狀態(tài)信息各種關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的繼電保護(hù)在線監(jiān)測(cè)方法。算例表明本文方法能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)繼電保護(hù)的某些異常,從而提高智能變電站繼電保護(hù)運(yùn)維的有效性。
[Abstract]:The popularization of intelligent substation technology provides new ideas and technical means for relay protection operation and maintenance. On-line monitoring based on state information will help to improve the reliability of intelligent substation relay protection system and reduce the workload of operation and maintenance. From the viewpoint of the composition of relay protection in intelligent substation, the state information of relay protection is combed out, and the relationship between state information is analyzed. The logic operation and judgement comparison are added to the state information collected and uploaded in real time for relay protection. An online monitoring method for relay protection based on various correlation relationships of state information is proposed. Numerical examples show that the proposed method can detect some anomalies of relay protection and improve the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of relay protection in intelligent substation.
