核級動態(tài)拉桿受壓臨界載荷計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:針對變截面桿的受壓臨界載荷確定,本文嘗試使用一種快速有效的理論計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行校核,以滿足工程應(yīng)用。該方法使用矩陣傳遞法進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,并使用ANSYS軟件和規(guī)范KTA3205分別進(jìn)行了有限元計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)合制造工藝及計(jì)算簡化處理方法對計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行差異性分析,驗(yàn)證了理論計(jì)算方法的合理性和可用性。
[Abstract]:In view of the determination of the compressive critical load of the variable cross section bar, this paper attempts to use a fast and effective theoretical calculation method to check it in order to satisfy the engineering application. In this method, the matrix transfer method is used to carry out the theoretical calculation, and the finite element calculation and experimental verification are carried out by using ANSYS software and standard KTA3205, respectively. The rationality and availability of the theoretical calculation method are verified by analyzing the difference of the calculation results with the manufacturing process and the simplified calculation method.
