風(fēng)電參與電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)頻綜述

【摘要】:目前風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行滲透率逐步增大,利用風(fēng)電參與電網(wǎng)頻率調(diào)整,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)問題。綜述了風(fēng)電參與系統(tǒng)頻率調(diào)整的控制策略研究進(jìn)展,對(duì)比研究了虛擬慣性控制、下垂控制、轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速控制、槳距角控制、附加儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)等不同控制策略,明確了各種控制策略的原理、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及適用范圍。分析了風(fēng)電場(chǎng)內(nèi)不同風(fēng)機(jī)之間的協(xié)調(diào)控制算法以及風(fēng)機(jī)與其他常規(guī)機(jī)組之間的協(xié)調(diào)配合控制。闡述了智能算法、虛擬同步發(fā)電機(jī)技術(shù)給風(fēng)電調(diào)頻帶來的新思路以及電壓源型高壓直流輸電技術(shù)的應(yīng)用給風(fēng)電調(diào)頻帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。最后,展望了未來研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容:源荷雙側(cè)的高度不確定性對(duì)風(fēng)電調(diào)頻的影響;風(fēng)電調(diào)頻算法參數(shù)整定的依據(jù);風(fēng)電參與系統(tǒng)調(diào)頻容量的評(píng)估方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the permeability of wind power connected to the grid is gradually increasing. It has become a hot issue to use wind power to participate in the frequency adjustment of power grid and enhance the stability of the system. In this paper, the research progress of wind power control strategy for frequency regulation is reviewed. Different control strategies, such as virtual inertia control, droop control, rotor speed control, pitch angle control, additional energy storage system, are compared. The principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of various control strategies are clarified. The coordination control algorithm between different fans in wind farm and the coordination control between fan and other conventional units are analyzed. The intelligent algorithm, the new idea of virtual synchronous generator technology to wind power frequency modulation and the challenge to wind power frequency modulation caused by the application of voltage source type HVDC transmission technology are expounded in this paper. Finally, the key contents of future research are prospected: the influence of high uncertainty of source load on wind power frequency modulation, the basis of parameter setting of wind power frequency modulation algorithm, and the evaluation method of wind power participating in frequency modulation capacity.
