【摘要】：針對(duì)優(yōu)化潮流的特點(diǎn)以及布谷鳥搜索算法收斂速度慢和缺乏活力等問題,從動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)和步長方程兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出了改進(jìn)的布谷鳥搜索算法來解決優(yōu)化潮流問題。該算法把原來是常數(shù)的兩個(gè)參數(shù)改進(jìn)為動(dòng)態(tài)變化的參數(shù),隨著迭代次數(shù)的增加,發(fā)現(xiàn)概率和步長因子兩個(gè)參數(shù)按一定的規(guī)律遞減,使算法在初期能增加種群的多樣性,后期能更好地微調(diào)以找到最優(yōu)解;同時(shí),提出了一個(gè)具有最優(yōu)解導(dǎo)向的搜索步長方程以提高算法的局部搜索能力和收斂速度。用改進(jìn)的布谷鳥算法計(jì)算IEEE30系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化潮流,仿真結(jié)果表明該算法能夠有效地提高收斂速度和計(jì)算精度。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of optimal power flow and the slow convergence speed and lack of vitality of the Cuckoo search algorithm, this paper proposes an improved Cuckoo search algorithm to solve the optimal power flow problem from the two aspects of dynamic parameters and step size equations. With the increase of iteration times, it is found that the two parameters of probability and step size decrease according to certain law, so that the algorithm can increase the diversity of population in the initial stage. At the same time, a search step equation with optimal solution orientation is proposed to improve the local search ability and convergence speed of the algorithm. The improved Cuckoo algorithm is used to calculate the optimal power flow of the IEEE30 system. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the convergence speed and computational accuracy.
