【摘要】：分布式電源和負(fù)載可在配電側(cè)形成電能供給和消費(fèi)的聯(lián)盟,并參與區(qū)域電力市場交易。相比于單獨(dú)進(jìn)行交易,這樣的聯(lián)盟通過幫助市場能力較弱的分布式電源和負(fù)載參與到配電網(wǎng)市場中,推動配電網(wǎng)中的中小型負(fù)載和分布式電源之間的直購電業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)配電網(wǎng)側(cè)的電力市場形成;同時利用市場信號引導(dǎo)分布式電源和負(fù)載的電能生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)過程,使得它們獲得更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,促進(jìn)分布式可再生能源的發(fā)展。文中給出了區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)中聯(lián)盟交易模式的存在條件,并且基于公用電網(wǎng)的作用和合作博弈理論,建立了相應(yīng)的交易價格模型。進(jìn)一步,以集成售電商的收益為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),構(gòu)建了聯(lián)盟選擇和定價的優(yōu)化決策模型。仿真算例說明了聯(lián)盟交易模式的理論可行性,證明了在不同運(yùn)行場景中所提優(yōu)化決策模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Distributed power generation and load can form a power supply and consumption alliance at the distribution side and participate in regional electricity market transactions. Rather than trading alone, such alliances promote the direct purchase of electricity between small and medium-sized loads and distributed sources in the distribution network by helping weak distributed power sources and loads to participate in the distribution network market. At the same time, market signals are used to guide the production and consumption of distributed generation and load, so that they can gain more economic benefits and promote the development of distributed renewable energy. In this paper, the existence conditions of alliance transaction model in regional distribution network are given, and the corresponding transaction price model is established based on the function of public power network and cooperative game theory. Furthermore, the optimization decision model of alliance selection and pricing is constructed with the revenue of integrated vendors as the optimization goal. A simulation example shows the theoretical feasibility of the alliance trading model and proves the effectiveness of the optimal decision model proposed in different operation scenarios.
