壓電-電磁復(fù)合動(dòng)能采集器無量綱參數(shù)建模與分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)壓電-電磁復(fù)合動(dòng)能采集器的物理參數(shù)模型難以提供統(tǒng)一的性能比較標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及最大輸出功率及最優(yōu)負(fù)載直接求解困難等問題。通過引入無量綱參數(shù)建立了采集器的無量綱參數(shù)模型,理論推導(dǎo)了歸一化輸出功率,并采用遺傳算法求解了最大輸出功率及最優(yōu)負(fù)載;數(shù)值分析了無量綱參數(shù)對(duì)采集器性能的影響,并實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型和遺傳算法求解的正確性。結(jié)果表明:(1)減小線圈負(fù)載可提升性能;(2)增大機(jī)械品質(zhì)因子將提高頻率選擇能力;(3)當(dāng)壓電和電磁均為弱耦合作用時(shí),性能受二者共同影響,且在二者匹配時(shí)獲得最優(yōu);(4)當(dāng)電磁為強(qiáng)耦合作用時(shí),性能基本只受電磁端影響,且隨其增強(qiáng)而不斷趨近最優(yōu);(5)壓電-電磁雙耦合機(jī)制可增大采集器的最優(yōu)負(fù)載范圍。
[Abstract]:The physical parameter model of piezoelectric electromagnetic composite kinetic energy collector is difficult to provide uniform performance comparison standard, and it is difficult to solve the problem of maximum output power and optimal load directly. The dimensionless parameter model of the collector is established by introducing dimensionless parameters, the normalized output power is derived theoretically, and the maximum output power and optimal load are solved by genetic algorithm. The effect of dimensionless parameters on the performance of the collector is analyzed numerically, and the correctness of the model and genetic algorithm is verified by experiments. The results show that the performance can be improved by reducing the load of the coil. (2) increasing the mechanical quality factor will improve the frequency selection ability. (3) when both piezoelectric and electromagnetic are weakly coupled, the performance is affected by both of them. When the coupling is strong, the performance is only affected by the electromagnetic end, and the optimal load range is increased with the increasing of the electromagnetic coupling. The piezoelectric / electromagnetic double coupling mechanism can increase the optimal load range of the collector.
