風(fēng)力發(fā)電機故障診斷技術(shù)與工程實踐研究

【摘要】:隨著風(fēng)電機組裝機越來越多,風(fēng)電機組大部件故障呈現(xiàn)逐年增加趨勢。風(fēng)電機組所處環(huán)境惡劣、載荷狀態(tài)、運行工況比較復(fù)雜,導(dǎo)致風(fēng)電機組齒輪箱、軸承等主要零部件的故障率高于其它行業(yè)的同類設(shè)備,因此結(jié)合工程實際特點開展風(fēng)電機組故障診斷技術(shù)的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和應(yīng)用價值。以國內(nèi)某風(fēng)電場風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組為對象,完成了多臺風(fēng)電機組的振動現(xiàn)場測試與故障分析診斷工作。分析結(jié)果表明設(shè)備振動的有效值、峰-峰值、峭度、峰值指標(biāo)、脈沖指標(biāo)等時域指標(biāo)在故障指示中有有一定的互補作用,工程中應(yīng)綜合多個時域指標(biāo)的結(jié)果對設(shè)備狀態(tài)做出合理判斷。VDI3834標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的振動有效值對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機軸承故障有較好的指示作用,但對于齒輪箱,該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建議數(shù)值偏高。風(fēng)電機組齒輪箱多故障的情況普遍存在,工程測試中應(yīng)增加齒輪箱中速軸、低速軸軸承座等位置的測點。在工程診斷監(jiān)測中應(yīng)以振動檢測為主,發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備可能存在缺陷后,窺鏡檢查作為振動檢測的補充,以確定最合理的維修方案。結(jié)合公司風(fēng)電機組現(xiàn)狀給出了設(shè)備監(jiān)測、維護管理方面的建議。
[Abstract]:With more and more wind turbines installed, the faults of large components of wind turbines are increasing year by year. Wind turbine units are in a harsh environment, load state and operation conditions are more complex, resulting in higher failure rate of main components such as gearboxes, bearings and other similar equipment in other industries. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and application value to study the fault diagnosis technology of wind turbine combined with the practical characteristics of the project. In this paper, the vibration field test and fault diagnosis of several wind turbines have been completed by taking a domestic wind farm wind turbine as an object. The analysis results show that the effective value, peak-peak value, kurtosis, peak value, pulse index and other time-domain indexes of the equipment vibration have some complementary effects in the fault indication. In engineering, the results of multiple time domain indexes should be synthesised to make a reasonable judgment on the state of the equipment. VDI3834 standard provides a good indication for wind turbine bearing failure, but for gearbox, the suggested value of this standard is on the high side. There are many faults in the gearbox of wind turbine, so the measuring points of the middle speed shaft and the low speed bearing seat of the gear box should be added in the engineering test. Vibration detection should be the main part in engineering diagnosis and monitoring. After finding that the equipment may have defects, the peep-mirror inspection is taken as a supplement to vibration detection to determine the most reasonable maintenance scheme. Combined with the current situation of wind turbine units, the equipment monitoring, maintenance and management suggestions are given.
